This is the one at the mall. Our kids chose this over and over again when we needed to eat in the food court on different shopping trips. The atmosphere could be better if the mall took better care of the place there. However, the Chick-fil-A people were great!

It is chic-fil-a you can't go wrong, UNLESS they give you inedible chicken. I got either an overcooked chicken in my sandwich or all cartilage a few weeks ago. I went here on my lunch break and back to my office to bite into the sandwich only to realize it was not edible. I was so hungry I just ate the bread dipped in the poly sauce. Disappointed but will just check before I drive back to work or home next time. It was the first time in my 5 years of going here that it happened so at least it's not an everytime I go sort of issue. A waste of 5bucks though!

I spoke with Jess who was working and asked if I could get my fries well done and she said absolutely with a smile on her face. She had them drop fresh fries from their country and Christy the fries were amazing.
