I was so disappointed in a lunch I took my daughter to for her birthday today. She loves the chicken crispers there but it was almost laughable for what we paid $14.99 for. There was a very small portion of fries and the chicken strips looked a bit more like three oversized chicken nuggets. So disheartening. I wish I had taken a picture. I could have gotten so much more at a fast food restaurant for a third of the price I paid at Chilis. It will be a long time before I return to that particular Chilis again.

Ordered delivery and the food here was awful, I ordered a steak medium rare and it was overdone and looked boiled all the juices were cooked completely out of the steak and it was all gristle and fat , I couldn’t even chew it so I ended up giving it to my dog . The side broccoli was seasoned well . My daughter ordered a burger and her burger was burnt and was all charcoal texture . The burger came with a house salad that was loaded with onions and came in a tiny container made for soup so it was hard to eat it or stir it without the salad spilling out all over . The fries were good but it’s really hard to mess up fries . I have always liked chilis at other locations but this particular location I do not like the cooking at all . The delivery order was placed nicely in the box and they included ketchup but did forget utensils or any napkins so would be best to request some if you order delivery. This is the second time I’ve had bad tasting food from this location and will not be ordering from here again .

Traveling Around
Today’s experience at Chili’s I would rate it subpar. The tenders that I ordered were hot and crispy. The fries and macaroni and cheese were heavily salted. I shouldn’t have to grab my napkin to try and wipe off all of the extra salt to find out that I have, a huge pile of salt left behind. You have salt and pepper shakers on the table for a reason so that you can lightly season your food before it goes out to the table. The prices having increased like everywhere else. We typically don’t eat a lot of times at Chili’s. I think it’s going to be a while before we going back, that if we go back.
Landon was our server and was amazing! Haven’t had better service anywhere. Food was pretty good too lol
