usually i don’t say anything about customer service. but the whole staff must be stoned. we stood at the counter for 10 minutes and the girl just restocked stuff and stood around. she seemed very out of it and confused. i don’t expect amazing customer service at these kind of places. but at least to the bare minimum.

I’ve had bad experiences at chipotles before. But this one seems to get it right almost all the time. The workers tonight were so happy and friendly. The portions were great. They had chips. We were there late. They stay open until 11:00pm. Nobody made us feel unwelcome. Diego helped us with our food. So happy and nice. And the girl that appears to be the shift manager is always friendly to us. 10/10 experience.Update: we’ve been back a few times since my review. We tend to eat later… like an hour or an hour and a half before closing. 50% of the time they are out of chips. Which is pretty annoying. I wish they’d fix this problem. We love the chips and queso. And we love to put chips on our bowl. So it’s disappointing.

Went to chipotle to get a bowl, the bowl comes with salsa but since I asked for it on the side the girl rudely told us that it doesn’t matter because if we asked for it on the side instead of on the bowl they had to charge us for each side. If that’s the case then I would have got it on the actual bowls for free. Horrible customer service. Horrible employee.

I'm a truck driver so I order out from this restaurant every time I'm in town I've ordered five times from you guys when I get them delivered they are smaller I'm glad I'm not the only one from now on I make my GrubHub person make sure they're actually full I love Chipotle practically live there every time I can find one but with this location In particular don't know if it's the way you prep your chicken but there's always a lot of Gristle in the chicken so with that being said not complaining at all but maybe prep the chicken better love you guys thank you*I have been to many locations around the country *

I've been here often and only a hand full of times was my order mixed up when ordering online or through door dash but its always quickly fixed or made right.This location garners a 5 star review. The week before the nation wide lock down caused be the pandemic, the company I was working for was informing us that per the direction of our new CEO our department was being dismantled and we were to take and step down in our job roles while still maintaining our pay. Well this lead to a very bad day for myself and the team I worked with. To the point that I thought I would quite, well this is where chipotle comes in.During my lunch I would often go here as it was quick and I was vegan and their food was always fresh and delicious. The manager at the time would always take the 2nd line workers post when I would come in, so that he could be the one to wrap my burrito cause he knew exactly how I liked it and was a true master of this skill.Well on this particular day I did not hold back in the 2 minute interaction when he asked me how my day was going.I let him know how terrible of a day I was having and just how unnerved I was by the news. He always asked how my day was going and I always said polite conversation back wishing him a good rest of his shift and thanked him for wrapping my burrito. Well on this day when I vented my emotions from that mornings meeting he gave me my burrito on the house and even sent me with fountain drink cup and his business card in case I needed to list him as a referral if I chose to apply following the bad news of my department being dismantled.I was so ready to pay and told him he didn't have to give me give me my food, but he insisted saying "someone has to make your day better, let that be us today."It was a kindness I never forgot even 4 years later. With all that said this manager went up in the company to be a district manager so when the pandemic ended and I didn't work in the area as much I didn't get to visit as often.I had visited the following year to learn of his incredible promotion. I hope he's still with the company making employees and customers days, one burrito at a time.Vegetarian options: Sofritas

Not the best one I’ve been to. You might get a good scooper you might not. Might get seasoned meat, might not. Tonight I got a double scoop of the spicy salsa when I asked for the medium. It’s a gamble at this location.
