I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and cheesy potato soup. The chicken salad was bland so I had to add extra salt and pepper on my own. I wish the chicken salad was spread out across my sandwich and not a large lump in the middle of it. They didn't have chicken noodle soup available and so I settled for the cheesy potato soup. Cheesy potato soup was actually pretty darn good. I'm not a fan of cheesy soup, but I really enjoyed it here.They also have cookies in their display case but I didn't have a sweet tooth at the time. Maybe I'll try it next time!

Sooooo good! We grabbed dinner for our family of 6 and everyone was happy with it. I got my usual (chicken club sandwich), but grabbed a pumpkin cookie this time and wasn't disappointed. I was very happy with my dinner. P.S. I'm not usually a soda drinker, but the red cream soda is on point!

Great sandwich shop! If you're looking for a homemade bread, soup and cookie stop this is your place! Love their sourdough for their sandwiches. Soups are well above average and I love their cookies even in a time of niche cookie only bakeries. Nothing to complain about that's needed improvement. Typically I wouldn't give a 5 for somewhere without a 'wow factor' however they are so good, so fresh and so consistent I find myself not being able to give less as that is maybe the 'wow'. I'd love to see a variable sandwich or 2 a month or frequently that is unique to the season, time of year, month, holiday etc. I think they'd stumble into some new great takes. I think they could benefit from some 'out of their box' ventures on cookies and soups as well. Showcase their skills. Items not rated but relevant: Service is good to great. It has a drive thru but so NOT expect McDonald's speed. Everything is hand made and assembled when ordered. This location is inviting and clean.

I don't often find myself in this area, but I was in Layton for work and was craving a sandwich. Yelp brought me to this place, and it did not disappoint! It was fairly busy on a Thursday afternoon around 2pm. I thought I would've beat the lunch crowd a little bit, but this place still had quite a few people hanging out at the tables and in line to order. I got their deluxe veggie sandwich, and as usual my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach. You can order either a half sandwich or a full sandwich and I was so hungry and opted for the full sandwich. I ate half for lunch and saved the rest for dinner, and it kept pretty well in my fridge. The deluxe veggie came packed with veggies, a delicious dressing, sprouts (which are my FAVE), and cheese on a deliciously thick whole wheat bread. It was so good! Of course I also had to get a cookie. First of all, I love a little something sweet after every meal (or in this case, before my meal). And second of all, I'm pretty sure it's the law to order a cookie if a place has the word "cookie" in their name. I got their milk chocolate chip cookie and it was so so so yummy. I've been craving both the sandwich and the cookie ever since. Even though I'm not in the area a ton, I'll definitely be back the next time I'm craving a good sandwich!

I've always wanted to try this place, we ordered the turkey club and egg salad sandwich. Both were delicious. We also ordered the lemon cookie, chocolate mint cookie and peanut butter cookie. Yummy!! The customer service was great. I'll definitely come back!!

Love to send these as a holiday gift and corporate food gift. The staff is always helpful. The cookies are delicious. They've helped coordinate 2 day shipping to ensure the delivered cookies are fresh. Gourmet cookies, but the unboxing experience is what makes them beyond just a mailed cookie.
