That was after arriving today (on a Tuesday 1:15pm) where it was marked open for business on this google map listing. Door was locked and that was after I realized where this place of business finally was located via the parking lot.I thought I went to the wrong place because this business was not obvious (it's next to the tattoo parlor; right side). No signage; only a small poster on the door.When I called the phone number, it said "if you receive this voicemail it's likely that I am in the mountains."Kudos to the owner if that is how he chooses to run his business. Lifestyle balance is good IMO but clearly, much more can be conveyed in today's economy and way of doing business by setting clear expectations online. But I get it. My dad is like this too; old fashioned and can't be bothered with anything online/digital.Had I sorted the google map reviews here by newest review, I would had noticed the reviewer's comment on how this is a preorder place only so lesson learned.Their website offers no info other than selections (no pricing) and that was where I found out the facebook page link hoping to get more information on this business and its offerings; directs to a non-existent FB page. In today's digital economy, I'd like the owner/manager to consider the effects of managing expectations with/to their customers.While a google maps listing is not the defacto place for accurate information, it is a vital source for information such as business location and time of operations.For what it was worth, I drove over 45 minutes on my off time in hopes of buying fresh fish/seafood was greatly let down. It would not be fair to give a bad review and hope that others new to this business location will read this review and make proper preparations accordingly. And if the owner/manager reads this, maybe it would be a better idea to spend a little more time managing listings like this. Good luck.

Great fresh seafood. Used by a lot of restaurants. Order by Tuesday, pick up on Thursday. I ordered squid and the were the best. Cleaned and fresh frozen.

I recently found this place online and made my 1st order. It is absolutely amazing! Fresh swordfish is the only way to eat it. Until now i had to wait to go back to Boston for swordfish. All that has changed now. I will be regular going forward.

I was looking for a local seafood place online and came across this one with a five star review. I drove all the way down to Layton. The sign on the door said it was open and the hours that were posted said it was open, but all the doors were locked and no one would answer. I'm sure the food is good but I expect places to do at least the bare minimum for the customer.

Seafood we get here is always fresh and of very high quality. Portions are nicely trimmed and vacuum sealed. Be sure to bring cash

So firstly the hours are wrong and not updated. They are only open thursdays 1 to 5 when everyone is at work and only do by online order basis now. Not a viable seafood market at all.
The hours of operation are incorrect on the website. Not open Saturday. Very disappointed.

We bought a case of fresh catfish and 2 pounds of their 20/21 tiger prawn shrimp. We haven't cooked the shrimp but we fried up the catfish tonight and it was fabulous!! The best we have had in this state! We moved from TX, where you can get catfish anywhere. Coast 2 Coast has a customer right here. Next to try the salmon filet and kabob the shrimp on the grill...I'm positive we will not be disappointed. Thanks for the great service and the fantastic out of this world seafood.

I love this Market, I am ruined to buy fish from any other fresh seafood market or grocery store! They have the freshest fish that is amazing in quality and the customer service is the best I have ever come across. Jim will do what needs to be done to make his customers happy, he is always so happy to help and knowledgeable on the products he sells. If he doesn't know he is always happy to find the answer for you. He has great ideas on how to cook whatever you purchase. I just can't say enough good about Coast 2 Coast Seafood!!!
