Extremely slow service, wrong items handedout. side salad was leftover ,terrible veggies , hamburger had pieces of cheese on it when I ordered hamburger not cheeseburger. Fries, dilly bars, sauces were all ok. Otherwise, it was NOT worth the $16. You put theDairy Queen name to shame!

The kid taking our order was more interested in flirting with his manager than taking our order. My wife ordered her burger without a bun and without cheese because of allergies. The guy taking our order complained he had to make changes. Once we got our food it was wrong both my wife's and my daughters. My wife's food was still frozen in the middle and had cheese on it. Short story is the high-school kids running this place don't have any customer service.

The ice cream items are very high quality, If you have a sweet tooth and don't care what you get I recommend getting a grab bag They're in the freezer across the entrance and have frozen treats for a highly discounted price.Parking: Parking lot always has spaces.

worst customer service ever. They say one thing at the drive threw order board, and after waiting in a line that took 15 min to move 10 feet, when I finally get to the window they pretend they never said it. Liars!!! I will never be going to a Dairy Queen ever again. I see what kind of people they employee. Utter garbage. No wonder they are all going out of business.

Location has problems every time I visit. Don’t order anything frozen if you’re also ordering food, they’ll find some way to mess things up. If you’re lucky they’ll call your number when the frozen part of your order is up and forget about calling you back for your food till you remind them and wait a glacially slow amount of time. Otherwise expect your frozen treat to be like soup by the time they call you up.
