This was actually one of the worst Dairy Queens I've ever been to ? My siblings and I went this past Saturday afternoon and ordered 4 things in total, and 3 of them were so messed up that we had to go back up and ask for them to fix it, which is not something I normally do.The first thing was a brownie batter blizzard. It's supposed to be a chocolate ice cream, and one of them was normal and fine, but the other one was so poorly mixed that there were large stripes of vanilla ice cream on the top of it.The second was a dipped cone that was poorly done. It was a sloppy and had thin coating. Part of the cone was crushed, and it was overall unappealing and disappointing. When asked for it to be fixed, they took the cone back, dipped it again, and gave it back. Slightly unsanitary and still a broken cone, but passable.The worst of it was my frosted animal cookie blizzard. I asked them to add cookie dough to it, which was an extra dollar, but I was ok with that. However, when I started eating, I realized there were no cookie dough bits in it at all! I had a couple more bites just to make sure, and then I went up to the counter and told them. Then they took my blizzard back, added cookie dough, and then USED THE MIXER MACHINE on my partly eaten blizzard (I could see all this happening). Which is SO unsanitary and gross! Especially for the people after me! I was just over at this point though, ate my blizzard and left!Throughout all of this, the employees were being incredibly loud, laughing and just having shockingly loud conversations. I'm all for employees who hang out and get along and have fun together, but it was legit disturbing the entire restaurant because of how loud they were being.

Really low quality service, building, and food. Would not recommend going here. Service was civil at best, 3 out of 4 of our orders were wrong/not done with any kind of attention to quality. when we asked politely for it to be fixed, to their credit they did a bit confused at our audacity I suppose lol. But when we came back up later we were intentionally ignored which was not great. And the seats of the booth are like caved in so the establishment is just not well taken care of. I really don’t like to leave bad reviews but it was sooo bad, I just would try somewhere else for dessert.

They lost my order, then mixed it up, so you can imagine how long my daughter and I sat there waiting for icecream. You can apologize all day but if nothing has changed then why should my opinion.

Dairy Queen is known for their ice cream. The ice cream from here was mediocre and the blizzard was fairly melted when he handed it to me. Before that I had to yell and repeat myself several times through the drive thru speaker for him to understand my order. They were out of several things. I’ll still go to DQ but not this location. The building itself is pretty beat up in places too… reflective of the customer service.

This is the most amazing Dairy Queen on the planet! I will be going here every single day of my life because of how amazingly they treated me, how phenomenal the food tasted, and how awesome the ice cream and desserts made me feel! I don't think I will ever be able to live without food from this Dairy Queen, daily, ever again!!!! I'm absolutely not biased by being the general manager... I truly love this stuff! Come on in and see it for yourself, I just took over and we're just spreading love and cheer now!

this dairy queen sucks. we checked online and called and it said the drive through closed at 11. we drove 30 minutes to this location just for them to say they were closed. mind you it was only 10:15 and refused to make us ice cream cones.

I just drove 30 minutes to get icecream and online it says the drive through closes at 11 and I get here at 10:15 and the drive through worker with an attitude said you guys where closed when we called and asked and it’s open. Very rude service and if you do close at 10 please update ur hours!!!!!!

The fries were cold and the blizzards my daughter and I got were melting and the whipped cream was all the way melted by the time we got them. The manager or supervisor looked and acted like she was in a bad mood when my daughter asked for fresh fries. She was also getting mad at the other employees who worked there. Definitely not going back to this location.

Never had a good experience here. They are rude and always close early. Last time we came, they didn’t even give us our food in a bag while in the drive thru. They just handed it to us with their bare hands and with no napkins or anything. It was so weird!
