It's alright, a little slow and bland. I'd rather go to taco bell or taco time.

I've been coming here for years and have always been treated poorly by the staff. There has been two exceptions to this, and it was two really polite young men. I will likely never forget them since he is the only person there that has ever treated me like I wasn't an inconvenience for merely being there. With that said, I enjoy the food, so I come back, despite the consistently rude behavior and consistently incorrect orders. But I went there at about 1:40 am on technically easter morning and had a truly abysmal experience.I am always extremely polite to service workers regardless if their demeanor is positive or not. I go and I kindly order. The worker taking my order, as always, treats me like I am sub-human. I politely ask for no sour cream which I guess really upsets her and she hands to headset to someone who also treats me horribly, despite that I am being very kind to them, on account of the gratitude I have for them due to them feeding me.The second worker is equally rude to me. Whatever, this is fine, I've been going here for years, and like I said, I have only been treated politely twice. It's fine. I reorder my food, am again treated terribly, and pull up to the window, which leads me to the reason I chose to write this.I pull up to the window, where I am, as always, treated like degenerate filth for choosing to be a patron at their establishment. I'm still okay with this. I signed up for this by eating here. This is always how it is. She gives me my $4 drink and returns 15 seconds later with my food, by which point, the drink is empty, on account of it being filled entirely to the brim with ice. I am not exaggerating, I will post a picture of this. It's actually quite comical and would have simply laughed it off if not for how it was handled. She returns with my food about 30 seconds later, by which point my drink is empty, because again, it is, without exaggeration, a cup of ice. I thank her and apologize for asking, and bring attention to the fact that the ice fills the entire up and asked what she could do about it. She angrily says she cannot help while giving me the most foul look a person could give another. I point out again that the cup is filled entirely with ice and ask for something to be done. She denies me again. Mind you, while this is happening, she is aggressively swinging(?) my food around in the rain(???) at me. This is behavior I would expect from a 15 year old at their first job who has not yet developed manners or work ethic. Not the behavior of a grown 40-something woman. We repeat exchange this three times and I remain polite and even explain with a smile until she concedes and rectified the situation by giving me a mini cup of sprite. The minis are approximately 6 ounces. They are used for $2 shakes. My point is that they are very small... and this mini fills my actual cup for my actual $4 drink nearly twice over.... because it was so overfilled with ice... And somehow I deserve to be treated like this by politely asking for a refill. The syrup and carbonated water used to make the drink cost literal pennies. It should not have been a big deal at all.Oh yeah, and mind you, my order was incorrect, as usual.Like, I had to work when I was fighting cancer and losing my hair and moved away from my loved ones. Not once have I ever treated any customer or client as poorly as I am consistently treated at this del taco. I always treated them kindly and did my job as happily as I could. No other location is this rude to me. This is the straw that broke the camel's back. I will not be returning. I do not leave reviews but this was genuinely unacceptable and will be contacting the franchise or whoever else I can complain to.

Crazy visit to this South of the boarder taco joint. Lady took our order know other cars in front of us so thinking not along wait yeah right after paying for our meal come to find out all the items where not in the bag but to be treated as if we where lying about three snack tacos. Sad to say after having to go back threw the line now at the drive up window and showing the receipt that was given three employees locking at a screen and one communicating the 3 tacos where never rung up and no tacos where given a HUGE WASTE OF TIME we will not return. The effort into making a paying customer happy was completely out the window we drove up to.

Never going to this joint again worst than McDonald's they hire nothing but high teenagers that when they take your order you can tell in their voice their so HIGH on MARIJUANA that they make you repeat yourself because they forget what you order and we asked for French fries with no salt so you would think you would get fresh crunchy fries right? Wrong cold and soggy. I recommend Jack in the Box, Burger King has way better crunchy fries.

Been to this location many times with no issues, today was different. I stood at the counter for 10-12 minutes, was never acknowledge, not even looked at. I don’t mind waiting, it was the fact not one person said anything to me. Pretty bad in my opinion.

Best of the Mexican fast food outlets. Everything is always hot and tasty at this franchisee on Sunset and Bluff. Bidenomics has greatly jacked up the prices, but that is true everywhere. Often competes with McDonalds for the best fries. Love the Burritis and Tacos. Tamales are usually available during the Christmas holiday period.

Another Del Taco winner, the staff was friendly, the food was great. This food chain has done it right in all 5 of the stores I have visited. Kudos to management for training how to do the small things right. The smallest of gestures get the biggest rewards.
