This is not my first time having an issue with this location.My first time, I had ordered two pizzas for a little get together I was having with a small group of friends. I had made sure to order it around 40 minutes before I knew we would want to be eating, but when I had gotten 0 updates on my order at those 40 minutes, I decided to call the location just to see if my app was giving me incorrect info.Was met with a rude employee on the other side who was very aggressive, and was informed that they had just received a large order and would get to mine as soon as possible. I tried to be understanding about this, but we received our pizzas, finally, another hour after I had called them. Was extremely disappointed, but tried to excuse it as they had told me it was a busy day.Tonight I ordered a small pizza for myself after I had gotten home from work, expecting it to not be too busy or take too long as it was pretty late. Realized very quickly that they had a price requirement for delivery, so I made sure to be just within it. I did not tip on the app as I had cash that I had wanted to use instead cause I had heard from friends who worked at other locations that drivers get to keep cash tips.Overall it took around 30 minutes to start my order, prep it, and bake. At this point I was expecting it to only be a short while longer, but apparently a quality check takes 30 minutes alone. Seems a little ridiculous to me, especially for a small plain cheese pizza.At this point I was frustrated as it was already taking much longer than I had anticipated, and what the app had even said was the estimated time. I was frustrated, hungry, and tired. Honestly just wanted to get my food to eat quickly and be able to go to bed.No longer was feeling as though my tip was fair based off how everything had been going, and once again, was just wanting to go to bed at that point, but couldn’t cancel more order through the app.Ultimately when I received the food, it was lukewarm at best, and there was a very lovely message left on the receipt.After having worked in all different kinds of part time jobs, I am firm in my belief that a tip is earned, it should not be expected. You should strive to be efficient and give good quality on all orders, regardless of if someone tipped more or less. You do not know the entire circumstances of the person ordering.Truly disappointed by this location. I will note that I have had some good experience with the South Weber location

Horrible customer service!! I have never been treated so rudely in my life!!! The manager Trey made my order wrong and argued with me about what I ordered. It’s right on the receipt in black and white. I tried calling the store back 12 times and he continues to ignore me and refused to handle the situation. If this manager isn’t fired over this I will NEVER EVER buy another Dominos pizza ever again. What is wrong with people and these businesses who are in the habit of hiring people with no people skills whatsoever. SMH very disappointing. NEVER ORDER HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH DECENCY AND RESPECT! Wow

This is a very bad dominos. I ordered ahead, showed up when it should’ve been ready, was told I’d have to wait 30 more minutes… after that was told it would be ANOTHER 30 minutes. I had just 2 large pizzas and I waited almost 1 1/2 hours. That’s ridiculous.

I've never had issues with the people at this location. The delivery people have always been really nice and very pleasant. I've only called this location, maybe, three times; they've always been super busy, but still very nice. The pizza is good, maybe not 'oh my...pizza Nirvana,' but there's not a delivery pizza out there, that is. That's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars; that and once in awhile, they've been a little late. Over all awesome for delivery pizza: the people & the pizza!

Ordered food on February 10th 2024. Placed my order around 7:20pm, didn’t get it till 9:10pm. Don’t listen to the app if you’re at this location, they lied about when the food was ready. When it was finally done my husband inspected the pizza before paying and saw that half of it was folded on itself so my husband wanted them to make a new one. The worker was rude and expected us to still take it. After some back and forth they finally made a new one and gave it to us for free. While waiting for the new pizza my husband saw that they messed up other people’s orders as well.

Usually a pretty good location but my sandwich is not prepared well tonight. This almost couldn’t be worse. The bread is rock hard and there are three small slices of meat. Looks like it was dropped and some of the elements fell out.

I saw ad on tv that they were having a two topping large special for only 6.99 each. I ordered 12 pizzas for a boys group home. Service was fantastic but pizzas could have had more of the toppings and cheese ordered like the pictured advertisement. I know this is how you profit on a low price but wanted better for the boys.

Made a phone order due to the website being down and the app also stated due to technical difficulties to please call the store to place your order I did so and told them I had a coupon for a free item and made my other selections and placed the order I then went to go pick up and I showed them the coupon they then told me that they could not honor it due to it being a digital coupon, even though the website was down and the app and then made me pay for those items weren’t even apologetic or willing to help and then asked me if I wanted to leave a tip… won’t be going back for a while.

Food was made hot and fresh. They provided plates for us. Service was also great, one of the workers opened the door for me. I know it is not this store in general, but I would say the point system could be a little better.
