Every time I order here I always get top notch service! The food is incredible and the employees really make the whole experience worth every penny! If anyone wants a delicious lunch I’d highly recommend this location.

Made order with DoorDash and two hours and two different dashers waiting for our food I canceled my order. I tried to call the location multiple times and no answer. I will never order from this location again. Poor. Don’t waste your time. Update 1/30/2024. I have responded to the comment and went to the website that same day. I have not received any response from the corporate office. Also my money has not been refunded yet. Horrible customer service.

I've been eating at Firehouse since they first came to Sandy, Utah many years ago. Overall, I love their food. I just picked up an order from the Layton location today and was missing one sandwich and all my desserts. I understand mistakes happen, but I was prompted to leave this review because I've tried calling 7 times in a row without anyone answering the phone or even the option to leave a voice mail.Short of driving back to the location there is no way I can contact anyone at the store (or even anyone at corporate). The ability to contact a live person is essential for anyone in the customer service business. It seems like the quality and service have gone downhill over the last 10 years, especially the last 3 years. I hope someone can address this and work to improve the quality I've loved since I was first introduced to the franchise.

Drove out of my way to pick up the Hawaiian Pork and Slaw sandwiches to take to my friends. I ordered one just the way it came and 1 with no mustard and substituted the cheese. I rounded up and tipped. Waited over 20 minutes, was then running late and ran out without checking the bag. One sandwich was only pork and cheese, no slaw, no sauce, nothing else. The other sandwich only had mayo and less than half the amount of meat that was on the other sandwich, thats it! Just pork and bun! I called about 6 times and it would ring and then disconnect. I then filled out a contact us section on the website....5 days and still no response. I want to add that i was the only person in the restuarant, they may have had an single online order, there was three people working. The truly frustrating part is that there was no way to contact anyone about the problem.

Just wasted 40 minutes of my life sitting here waiting for a stupid sandwich. Online order pickup time was 12:35, 45min later I'm still sitting here waiting, I'm out. Don't tell me to come pick up my order at a certain time when 45min later its still not ready. Never come here
The food was good and delivered quickly despite being busy and understaffed. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. The staff were friendly and professional. They had Iced Tea, which I like. They needed music in the dining area. The lack of it made for eerie atmosphere.

Slow entitled people like everywhere else that expects a tip for doing what they are paid to do. To top it off as if asking for your money on top of an overpriced sandwich for the employees they have the gumption to ask again for a donation supposedly for firefighters. Last I checked firefighters were very well paid already. They probably keep 30% minimum on what they supposedly get in begging for money for the overpaid firefighters. The food is ok but not for the cost.

I went to the the Layton UT store and when I got there someone came out and stated that they were only doing online orders and were extremely backed up. I understood the situation, but was willing to wait, so I downloaded the appl and place an order for 5 sandwiches and the left the location to do another errand. When I returned, the employee was very frustrated with me, through the food at me and then proceeded to flip me off when they returned into the restaurant. I proceeded to as why they felt they needed to flip me off, they stated that I knew they were running behind but still felt the need to order 6 sandwiches. The employee was cussing at me and stating was a rich snob because I could afford to purchase 6 sandwiches. I never felt so made with how I was treated and will never visit this restaurant again.
