We decided to try good burger today after going to the aquarium as a family. Our food took nearly an hour to make. We asked for a refund but no one knew how to give a refund. The management is horrible. The food is barely edible. Will definitely not be going here again.These workers should definitely be making $15 an hour LOL JK?

I absolutely enjoyed this place! I think the worker's name was Braxton and he was extremely nice. He was the only one working so it was a little slower, but if you can wait a little longer for some food definitely support this place. The good was great! I loved the burgers and their Nick burger kind of reminded me of crown Burger's bacon burger. Either way the food is worth the wait.

My family and I decided to try Good Burger yesterday. My husband ordered first while I helped kids, then i ordered behind him.. We waited for 30 minutes to recieve his food, and he was nearly done eating by the time mine arrived 25 minutes later. I could forgive the slow service if the food was amazing, but the burgers were mediocre and my chicken sandwich came out as a burger. Did I mention my allergy to beef? Yeah, it was a pretty epic fail. Thankfully the chick fil a next door was able to get me a chicken sandwich in about 5 minutes, even with a long line. I did give 2 stars because the fries were pretty awesome, if they can figure out how to get them to you in less then a decade.

The burger wasn't bad, but the service was terrible. They forgot about my order, in which they only made when I asked how much longer to make. I bought a single burger not in a meal and it took half an hour to receive it with only one other costumer in front of me.

The food was pretty average but what made it a one star for me was how unprofessional the staff was and how unclean it was and also took over 35 minutes to get the food the ice in my drink was melted before I got my food very frustrating experience

Do NOT support this company. The owner isn't professional nor does he care about his employees of color. The food is ok but to have a business owner that doesn't value ALL of their employees makes the food not worth it. I hope nobody else experiences what myself and a few others have.Add-on: The only reason I worked my short time (3 days as Nick likes to keep pointing out) at the company was because my girlfriend would come home stressed out due to the lack of professionalism and support she received while working as the ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (eventually GENERAL MANAGER) of Good Burger. She was highly regarded as a people's person and everybody loved her food, spirit and genuine care yet she only received $10/hr and she wasn't alone. If it wasn't for my girlfriend being there I NEVER would have worked for a company that only pays its managers $2.50 above minimum wage. Sir, I may be a lot of things but threatening isn't one. I just speak facts and would like for people to know the truth about the people they're buying from. God bless your little heart.

So far everything has been good. Enjoyed a good Hambuger and was no thin pattie. I was Happy about that. Customer services was great and friendly. They Layton staff was amazing.

First time visiting Good Burger. Ordered the special - taco burger with guacamole, pico, and pepper jack cheese. So Good!! Customer service was amazing. I will defiantly be back

I really hope this isn't what good burger is SUPPOSED to be like. The food was mediocre, the chicken sandwich was child sized, they closed down at 2 in the afternoon, for apparently no reason on a Sunday, as they were still serving customers. They didn't have half of the ingredients they needed, and people were waiting forever for their food. Super disappointed.
