I was a huge fan of HotDog on a Stick my whole life and I recently found this location and was super excited. From super excited to complete disappointment, today I had to leave this review… 3rd time here and the lemonade machine is down “again” rude employees (kids) who have no interest in the company or their job. Everything was overcooked and when I brought it to their attention I was told that’s how it’s cooked and they had no care! I love this company but this location needs serious rebuilding internally, because it’s horrible service and rude employees. Won’t revisit!!!

Hand dipped corn dogs. They are made to order. They had five employees behind the counter and none of them looked very happy to be there. It's just in the food court to the left of the Chick-fil-A. Tried the item that had flaming Hot Cheetos sprinkled on it. It was okay. I think their oil was a little hot cuz the outside was well done but the inside was a little gooey.They offer all beef or turkey hot dogs or you can have them put American or pepper jack cheese in the center The cheese is very soft.Vegetarian options: You can get cheese dipped and batter and deep friedDietary restrictions: I think everything there had gluten in it so probably stay away if that's a problemParking: The parking's all around the mall. Park on the north end that takes you into the food courtKid-friendliness: What kid doesn't love a corn dogWheelchair accessibility: No stairs

Our food came out perfectly cooked and was delicious! The corn dogs had the perfect amount of crispiness, I loved the seasoning they put on the fries, and their lemonade is the best out there! The workers were very pleasant.

I came here with my 3 daughters for lunch on a back to school shopping trip. The teens working were put out by our order which was 8 cheese dogs and 4 drinks. Food was undercooked and they wouldn’t even hand me the drinks across the counter. They kept giving me dirty looks the entire time. Disappointing to say the least.

I visited the Layton Hills Mall location today (July 19th 2023) and ordered from Alicia. She was so friendly and kind. She asked about my shirt and it's my favorite YouTuber, so I told her about him and the good he does for others. We found out we share very similar stories in our families. She is such a sweet lady. I wish that I lived closer to Layton so I could visit again. I didn't know we still had Hot Dog on a Stick. Takes me back to the 80s! ?

Horrible customer service. I was there waiting for 10 minutes and they said that they were busy making orders and didn’t have time to take more order from customer. I spoke to the manager Colleen with an horrible customer service. I try to explain and she gave me an attitude like if you don’t like it go somewhere else. At the end Colleen said I don’t care so do what ever you want. Took my business somewhere else.

Don’t eat here they break down often and scam you for your money! I spent $10 on a meal and their fryer went down. “all they could offer was a pathetic coupon for “free lemonade with a purchase of 3 items or more”. Don’t let this place steal from you! 0/10

If you go here your food will take forever, you will be ignored, and the food will taste awful. By far the worst hot dog on a stick there is. And don't bother going across the food court to the pretzelmaker. It has just as bad service, as it is owned and managed by the same people.
