Well I spoke too soon. I should know better than to leave without checking the bag. Paid extra for sour cream which was not in the bag. Oh and you have to specifically ask for syrup when they get pancakes, however I saw nowhere to request it. I got an option for ketchup and mayo but no syrup.

today i went to ihop for dinner to catch up with a friend over dinner but my experience turned into watching my amazing server who was nothing but sweet and helpful and literally on her toes the ENTIRE time while trying to manage a whole restaurant by herself get absolutely belittled and screamed at. i didn’t see one other server in sight other than the girl clocking out to go home, that’s when a server and part time manager i found out with red hair named Heather got there and continuously complained, cried, and screamed for 35+ minutes straight about her baby daddy, home life problems, and then on top of that and I had to watch as she absolutely belittled and completely humiliated our server by screaming at her , telling her what she did wrong, and trying to get her to take on loads of more work , so now everyone in our section (about 4 or 5 other tables) is getting neglected due to this ,, and to no fault of the server who was trying her humanly best to do it all. Heather was completely unprofessional and it should never be tolerated to have this type of abuse going on in a restaurant or any business. not to mention the food was absolutely mid and not worth the price. go to a better breakfast restaurant especially if they are going to let there workers get treated this way (in front of customers especially) .. alsohappy birthday to our sweet server who had EXCELLENT customer service throughout all of it…

I want to start with saying our server was absolutely AMAZING but, what I’ve witnessed tonight was awful. After ordering, heather with the red hair came into work screaming at our server. She was belittling her and asking her to clean off all the other tables instead of serve the next the next four parties that came into the restaurant. She continued yelling at our server for the next 30 minutes until we left. The fact that heather is so comfortable doing that in front of a room full customers is appalling. I would be scared to see how these employees are treated when there are not customers to witness this type of behavior. Our server had excellent customer service through this entire situation. She does not deserve to be treated this way.

We came here for dessert after drinks and date night. The chocolate cake was frozen and not great but the cinnamon dippers were the bomb-dot-com!! They did remove the cake from our bill so they were awesome about that.

Despite the late hour, the energetic and cheerful demeanor of the girls working here added to the restaurant's lively atmosphere. The crepes, while decent, were mostly eaten plain, lacking in embellishments. Opting for a to-go order, I found it disappointing to receive only one cup each of fruit and cream for four crepes.

My friends and I decided to go hangout and get a “cheap” meal at IHOP when we walked in there was no server to be seen so we sat and waited in the lobby bit as time passed we weren’t greeted. This random lady that came in after us got sick of waiting and went into the back kitchen to find someone to seat us. Once we were sat our server looked very distressed and kept telling us how stressed out she was about how many people she was having to serve. Which made us feel bad for even going to eat there.(There were two other tables there, one of which had already ordered food) the manager didn’t do anything to help the server and had his AirPods in the entire time. The most I saw him do was seat some people (with his AirPods still in). On the menu it said mozzarella sticks were $9.59 but I got charged $12.99 for them (not including tax) I brought it up to the server and she dismissed it and said we probably were given the wrong menu, but I looked at the IHOP app and even on there they are $9.59

I have never had worse service at a restaurant. We waited for 10 minutes in an empty restaurant to even be acknowledged, we had to find somebody to be seated. The waitress groaned every time a car pulled into the parking lot, even while we were in the middle of ordering. One of us ordered hash browns and never received them even after politely reminding the waitress. And to top it all off we were overcharged for our food. When we asked waitress why we were charged $4 more than the prices on the menu she told us it was because we were given the breakfast menus. After doing some research on the way home we discovered that there’s no price difference between ordering mozzarella sticks no matter what time of day it is. So in short, we were ignored, lied to, and stolen from over the course of our visit.

This is the second time I’ve come during dinner hours and it takes about 10-15 minutes for the waitress to even come to the front to sit me or acknowledge I’m even here. When I finally get a table she takes another 10 minutes just to get my drink order , min while she’s just in the bathroom. Ones I get my food something is always missing and she just takes my plate I have to Waite another 20 minutes for it to come out when from my table I can see the food was ready but the waitress again in the bathroom . I’ve come many times during breakfast and it’s never like this . Everything is perfect in the morning maybe it’s just the waitress.

The food was ok, but it didn't really match the menu (Menu said 2 slices of French toast, got one HUGE slice instead), but the real problem is how expensive the food is AND that they still want tips.They cost double what Panda Express or Costa Vida cost, but are definitely not worth double as an experience.
