My husband and I went on a date and we decided to get a Jamba. The cashier Nikki was very respectful but there was another young lady there that was being very disrespectful to Nikki in front of us. This did not create a good environment that we felt comfortable in. I don't think anyone should be treated the way she was being treated.

The service was great. The two evening employees were very personable and kind. They put heart into their work. I took off 1 star for the food because every time the smoothies are placed into the plastic cups instead of the paper (wax) cups the smoothies are so watery and not well mixed. This seems to happen for every order that includes the specific cups. The flavor was fantastic though and the great service was very much appreciated. 4/6/24

Cold breakfast burrito they leave what you have them add on which cost more money. Time and time again this Jamba Juice SUCKS. I love Jamba Juice also. I just want my order right when I’m spending $50.

I dont think I've ever posted a review before, but this has been bothering me quite a bit. I visited this particular Jamba Juice not too long ago, mid-day, and the smoothies were decent however the staff were talking about something concerning. The employees were complaining about chunks of time manually being taken off their work time, negatively affecting pay. It's more than a bit concerning to hear, and I hope the management addresses or looks into these things as it seems to be affecting the service the staff give. The food is good, but the service seems to get a bit worse each time when my girlfriend and I visit. It was a bit over a week since my last visit but things like this are enough to stick with me and make me not want to come back, it doesnt make the price worth it.

The options are really tasty, BUT the serving sizes are TERRIBLE. the bowl is already small and they don’t fill it. Only get the smoothies here if you don’t like getting disappointed.

What has happened to customer service. Waited for about 5 minutes while the worker finished with the customers order before us. She then looked up and told us it would be about 20 minute wait, before she could help us because she needed to do the dishes first. And she was the only one there. We were the only customers in the store. Very disappointed. Of course we left. I went somewhere else. Dishes could have waited until she was finished with our order. If that's what they think of customers. I will definitely not ever go back to that store again. I will go to another location that appreciates my business.

Employees really shouldn’t use profanity complaining about their job and how they hate it while actively making drinks. 6’1” tall individual with black glasses and longer fingernails speaking of how he hates his GD job and that Melissa has to give him a GD raise. Just overall unprofessional. I get people don’t like to work etc but don’t complain publicly while customers are standing right in front of you. Makes for an uncomfortable atmosphere. The only person that can change your circumstance is you. Complaining about it loudly while making drinks isn’t going to change anything.
