Two stars because the employees were friendly and the place was clean. The food however was so bad and the only flavor was salt. It felt like a cinco de mayo party at a retirement home hosted by Peggy Hill. We tried Garcia's because I've been searching for smooth white queso since moving to Utah and I heard they had something similar. We had the queso dip which was a spinach queso. It was good but the chips were a bit sad. Overall I'd have to say this isn't the kind of place I'll try again.

They need a nicer location, but other than that the owner is very kind and the food is authentic. I’ve been to other taco carts in layton, this one is probably the best.

I've gotten the amazing privilege of getting to work alongside Jose and Miguel one of the hardest working people i know. I've had the best food here and i would highly recommend Taco Al pastor and basically any dish that's Al pastor. Amazing business and i wish nothing but the best for them. BTW Gus i don't agree with your statement especially when your profile picture is the meme from Avatar.

The tacos here are simply amazing! The Cemita’s are so delicious as well. This winter I tried their hand/heart warming, Champurrado (thickened Mexican hot chocolate w/ cinnamon) it’s a perfect drink for the cold snowy days. The staff is friendly and they are fast at getting your order ready quickly. This place is one of my favorite taco trucks to eat at!

Best street tacos ever! My fiancé raved about how he went here for lunch and had the best street tacos ever. He told me I have to try them so he brought 10 more home and he wasn’t wrong!

I had lunch here with a couple friends on a nice day. The staff went out of their way to see that we had food and drink as well as spices and napkins. We had Horchata on the house. Wonderful experience. This grill is highly recommended if you like authentic Mexican food. Delicious.

Probably the saddest Mexican restaurant ever tasted. The chips were store bought and a ton of salt was thrown on them making them impossible to swallow. The rice was sitting too long and was stiff and dry. The food is eh. Digestible and that's it. My daughter got a taco with store bought taco shells. I have never seen that in my entire life. Enough said! Where's our bill!? Get us out of here!

Bit too overpriced for a decent burrito and quite possibly an horchata that tastes worse than store bought. If you come here just get tacos and nothing

Probably the best Mexican place in Layton. Everything I've had there is excellent. I'm a big fan.

The food here was pretty gross! Our food was cold and soggy. Of course our take out order wasn't correct. We didn't get street tacos got regular ones instead, no ranch dressing and they didn't put the sour cream and guacamole on the side of one of our meals like we asked. This place gets a zero rating from me.
