I called to ask about the new menu items, I was very polite when asking, but whatever girl with an accent that answered hung up on me for no reason. I then called another location who was very nice and answered my question, I understand that fast food can be a hard environment to work in but that was rude and uncalled for, not going to this location. If I could put a 0 stars for service I would.

We DoorDashed some bfast and they left out the hotcakes in our hotcakes and sausage breakfast.. also forgot an entire frappe.. not too pleased with this location.

This store has gone down hill so much. The soda water has had a leak so long the smell has gone rancid. I worked here while in high school and it's sad to see how bad this store is.

Though there's a line typically, the employees seem to make a great effort in moving through it quickly. Employees seem friendly every time and fries/Coke are always great.

Orders are rarely correct, wait times are longer than others. My recent visit the 2 cars behind me with larger orders got their food a good 5 to 10 minutes before me
Don't bother stopping here for fast food unless you are using the drive thru or the app. Otherwise you get to wait all by yourself inside for 15 minutes. Seriously. While door dash and new drive thru customers where getting food I got to wait.

Everytime I come it’s some kind of wait. I understand lunch rush, but this is why preparation is necessary. I’m told to park in a spot and that spot is already filled by multiple cars. The lobby is full and has multiple customers coming in with receipts to fix orders. I want to go in and help at this point just to get my food and go. Don’t pull people forward if you don’t even have the spots to pull them. Focus on getting food out on time. If I’m going to wait, the food needs to be fresh.
