I love the dolewhip, its so creamy and smooth and not too sweet. I typically don't like fruity dessert but this one is perfect and refreshing. Also the service was amazing and the girl working was super nice.

The different types of ice cream were pretty much all gone. Everything was messy. The condiments bar was nearly empty and most the choices were gone completely. Ice cream tastes very artificial and has granules in it of sugar so not very smooth. I was sad because I used to love coming here.

Me and my kids LOOOOOVE menchies! So many good flavors. It’s was VERY crowded when we went and kinda dirty at the stations. Kinda bummed they didn’t have any popping boba out but that can be attributed to being busy. We enjoyed!

It was good. Yogurt was as expected. Can't for the life of me though, figure out where this place gets the audacity to ask me to tip, in a self service yogurt bar. This tipping stuff is getting very out of hand. Do better.

Yogurt was as decent as frozen yogurt can be. I struggle paying more for a dish of frozen yogurt than I pay for top notch custard, but the wife likes it so it’s worth the sacrifice. HOWEVER, when a SELF service overpriced yogurt bar is asking me to “answer a few questions on the screen”, you know the ridiculous “tip” culture has gotten severely out of hand. Fight the culture. Buy different ice cream. Go elsewhere. I’ll be back when you turn off the tip function on your registers.

I thought Menchie’s was great their product tasted great, but it was kind of crazy walking into everyone was herding around the yogurt stations and in the way of anybody getting their cup filled. I also feel like it can be pretty pricy for not as much as you’d think you’d get for that price. I got a good deal, but overall just wish it was a bit more organized.

Walked in at 9:20(40 minutes before closing) and they only had turned off all but two fro-yo machines. I don’t know why they would stay open so late if they’re going to practically cut their menu by 90% after 9pm. Saw at least 2 other groups walk in and then walk out after seeing how many flavor options they had (4) bummy!

The restaurant was gross, messy and melted yogurt all over the machines and the counters, tons of empty toppings with tongs shoved inside, rotten kiwis, rotten cherrys, rotten raspberries. This was my favorite place till this.
