They have the most unfriendly people working there. I love the cookies (the only reason for 2 stars the employees don't get any stars) and I might just start ordering them online. They are very rude and condescending. I don't think I've ever been treated so poorly anywhere else.

Went here to buy a cookie and the lady that was there didn't answer my question when I told her how much they where and she said a couple dollars what a great answer plus they didn't have much cookies only one type of cookie so I asked and she said I don't know I don't have an idea, she was hiding pretending I wasn't there until I called for someone to help me they ask for a good attitude and good customer service come now that's funny

Wife stood at the counter for 15 minutes and no one was there. When I mentioned the staff at the next door pretzelmaker might be running the place they gave me a dirty look so we left. We will go elsewhere next time, message was heard loud and clear.

I ordered a Deluxe Easter Gift basket of cookies from Mrs Fields online. We live in Illinois and the delivery was to go to Aurora, Illinois. It was supposed to deliver by 4/6/23 (no later than 4/10/23). Due to mechanical delivery issue and multiple delivery issues due to weather, the delivery was pushed again to maybe 4/11/23. I was told that the cookies were in Illinois on 4/9/23; however, delivery would not be until maybe 4/11/23. I was told I could only get a refund on shipping. This was supposed to be a gift for my granddaughters for Easter and would have been acceptable to receive today; however, it was past the guaranteed delivery and unsure if it would be received. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that they were on the phone and unavailable but told the customer service representative that they would refund my money and destroy the package. This was very spiteful and unprofessional. The gift that would have been wonderful is now being destroyed because they could not fulfill their shipping guidelines and I asked for a refund. Buyers beware that this is how they treat customers. I was a repeat customer. So sad!

I ordered $75 worth of cookies to arrive on 12/22, and they have not arrived ten days later. Mrs. Fields told me that they have a 30 day shelf life, and to eat the old cookies whenever they get here. It was my fault for not paying $35 for express delivery. Never again.

Went in to order a birthday cookie cake, was told they are only taking Valentine’s Day orders they have no signs posted anywhere saying they aren’t taking orders other then valentines. And to top it off they aren’t opening until 11:30 and their hours say 11 am. I’ll never do business with them after I waited for 30 minutes to be told that.

We always get cookie cakes from here for our family birthdays. The past two cakes I've gotten, one in July for my daughter and one this past weekend for my son, were decorated so so cute. They really did a great job. They are always ready for pickup when I ask, and our family loves them. The employees are helpful. I'd recommend the cookie cakes!
