Picked up food late, 30 minutes before closing. Great service with cashier and put my order in to go with no issues and he was very polite. 5 minutes later my food was brought out by a very young girl whom had a big grin on her face and then decided to say my name wrong loudly like the famous singer “K$sha” with her little laugh. I corrected her “it’s ‘Kee-sha’ and she then chuckles and says “my bad” laughing more. She was deliberately insulting me and mocking me. I wanted to smack her with the bag of food. I went to my car and looked to see how the nice gentleman spelled my name and he spelled it clearly so it would be announced correctly. What a disrespectful little teenage Bi$&@ that needs to be taught respect and manners. Because of her it’s ruined my experience and possibly how long until I decide to go back. I returned to work and told multiple people about it.

I like the food. However, they charge 4.25 or some for their steak on their Japanese pan fried noodles and it came with 4 small nuggets of steak. terrible experience. my mobile order was for 9:45 (I know this is near closing but it was ordered in advance) and it the app did not show it being prepped. when I walk in I see that it is ready and temperature wise had been ready for a minute. But I'm still upset about that steak. $4 for nothing. I have a pic but don't know how to upload it.

The food was really good. The kids loved their food which was the chicken, and the spaghetti with meatballs. This place will always on our radar when looking for a place to eat. I had the BBQ chicken and it was awesome. The noodles were a bit undercooked but I would get it again. However some feedback is needed. 1. We went on a Monday around 1pm and there was hardly anyone there and the floors were a mess. You would think that with the spare time that you would see someone attempting to clean up. With the floors being a mess, I wonder what the bathrooms might look like? You can check the photos. The tables were not wiped and some of the chairs were sticky. 2. The person taking our orders had a scowl on his face the entire time. He was very unapproachable. But other than that the food saved this place.Parking: Shared parking with other businesses, so at times it may be difficult to find parking.

We had a great dinner at Noodles yesterday!!One person in our party had special diet requests and they didn't get it right the first time, but they were very accommodating and made it again. I wanted to give a shout out to the worker, Sarah. She is very sweet and polite and has wonderful customer service. She was a pleasure, which is rare in customer service these days. You should give her a raise. And maybe lower your prices while you're at it. I love Noodles, but their prices have become outrageous. I do, however, treat myself to them on occasion. And ..I miss going there. I used to go a couple times a month and now it's a rare treat. But Sarah rocks. The 5 star service rating is for her.

Waited almost half an hour for two noodle bowls. The people ordered way after us got their food first. When I asked if everything was ok, the girl with the tattoos on her face rudely said…uh it’s just a different section that’s making your food. When we finally got our food, it was cold, and noodles were gross…like they had been sitting there for a while. So what the hell were we waiting so long for? Super disappointed.

My Mac-n-chs was delicious, my wife's spaghetti and meatballs was not so much. But the Korean BBQ meatball side dish was definitely a 3 star. So I probably won't return. But I will say the mac-n-chs was 4 star, and the spaghetti 1 star.
