I really loved the Pico De Mayo pizza I had here the other day. The waffle crust was a lot better than I expected. I'm excited to try some of the other funky pizzas. P.S. Extra kudos to this small business for giving to charity.

I would rarely give five stars to a pizza joint, but since the options and gratifying flavors, I'd say The One Dude's Pizza Co. deserves those stars. All pizzas come with plenty of toppings. Pizzas come as a waffle crust. They have some crazy named pizzas as suggestions, but feel free to make up your own. So are strange but tasty. Great flavors, decent selection with unusual options. Pizza of the Month for June is Mango Chicken Taco: Red sauce, Cheese Blend, Campfire Chicken, Green Onion, Mango, and Mango Habanero Drizzle.

My wife and I discovered this little gem a few weeks back. I personally love the waffle crust. The different pizzas on the menu make it a completely different experience every time you try something new. We will definitely be going back to this place!

This is our new favorite pizza place! The food is so unique and yummy! They are fast and really well priced! If you’re looking for a business to support this is the one!

Stopped by Tuesday evening at 6:00 after work. My wife and I ordered the funeral potato pizza and a ranch style salad. We received complimentary bottled water with our meal. The pizza was different yet amazing. The crust looked like it was made on a waffle iron, but was crispy and delicious. It had a creamy white sauce, french fries, green onions, crispy fried onions, grated cheddar, and Italian seasonings. It was like nothing I've ever tasted yet super yummy. The salad was a huge mixed green salad with sliced Armenian cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, bacon bits and sides of ranch dressing. We paid $20 and ended up taking food home, and we are pretty big eaters. It took about 30 minutes to prepare our pizzas, because of some to go orders that were being made, so the cool pizza dude in back came up front and gave us a card for a free pizza on our next visit. The location is a bit quirky, but the food was interesting, creative and SUPER tasty. Definitely a "diamond in the rough." Great Job One Dude's! We will be back again and again and will bring our kids and grand kids next time. :)

I called in to place an order and it was ready when I got there. Love the atmosphere. We got the Nacho pizza and a Supreme. They were A*M*A*Z*I*N*G! Each bite full of flavor. What a creative delicious take on pizza and very affordable. I strongly recommend. I will be back!

It is nearly impossible to find an actual pizza place that uses fresh food, let alone one that has a truly gluten free crust AND they care enough that they are not even made in the same facility nor cooked in the same oven! As someone who cannot have gluten in any way, I truly appreciate this. This place is awesome, the pizzas are amazing and they even offer VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE options together... This local pizza place is definitely worth trying. Also, the prices are nothing compared to dominoes and they have some epic pizza choices as well :)

First time there and it was delicious. Had the Spicy Chicken and Waffles and loved it. I found a new favorite pizza! Perfect blend of sweet and spice with excellent Chicken and great bread used for the pie. Will def be going back to support this small business.

Ok I was super hesitant to try this place. To be honest I grabbed a little ceasers pizza on the way home as a backup, just in case we hated these pizzas. We all LOVED them! They were so good! The title of the 420 fits the pizza well. Looks like a bunch of dudes were high as a kite and had some major munchies so they threw a bunch of snacks on top of a waffle but holy cow it's so good! The Doritos add a really fun crunch. The volcano pizza (I think that's the name) was probably my favorite of the two. I loved the coconut shavings on top. It added a great flavor. Very happy with this place!

Really, really fantastic spot to eat in Layton. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and the pizza is excellent. At first I was worried that my kids wouldn't like the unique style of pizza, but they LOVED it. Another reviewer commented that this food would only satisfy a certain craving/taste bud, but honestly I think anyone would enjoy it. The crust and sauce were excellent, I will be back!

This place is built on a novel concept taken a bit too far. The variety of flavor combinations are promising, but they chose a waffle crust. This waffle crust is akin to frozen waffles from the freezer section. If they had the flavors on a really nice crust, this review would be at least 4 stars. The toppings seem high quality and tasted great. The main reason this review is 2 stars is the price. 2 pizzas for $40 is ridiculously high.

I've been eying this place for quite awhile now. It's a bit far from my home but I had a meeting up that way & I knew this was my chance to finally try it. So we went to lunch & it seriously blew my mind! This guy makes pizza like none other I have ever seen! Thin pizza crust made as a waffle, then he tops it with crazy flavor combinations! We split a "Volcano Island" pizza & it was SO good! He has a lot of other ridiculous pizzas too like "Biscuits & Gravy", or "Curry for the Thai"... whaaaaat?!!! Ridiculously delicious original food at a somewhat new small business owned & run by a hard working family man! So many reasons to return! I had waited to try this place but now I know it's worth the trip!

We try to support local as much as we can, so our family was excited to try this. Most reviews we had seen were positive. Staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. We asked the girl taking our order, what her favorites were. We were told the funeral potato, and that a lot of people really liked the biscuits and gravy. So we ordered both.Sadly, it was not what we were hoping. Both were really bland. There really wasn't much flavor to either one, and they both tasted almost the same. The biscuit dough didn't really resemble or taste like biscuit. Also seemed to be undercooked and doughy. The funeral potatoes sauce didn't remind me of what it's namesake tastes like. All in all, I really wanted to like this place. The staff and atmosphere were great. The idea is a cool concept. Everyone seemed welcoming and eager to please. But quality wasn't quite there yet. Even my two teenage kids, that will eat almost anything, didn't want to finish what we ordered.I really hope the best for this business as I will always root for local. This one just didn't hit the mark we were hoping for this time. Maybe in the future.

We tried One Dude’s for the first time tonight! Being from NJ, I am usually super picky with pizza. One Dude’s had such a fun atmosphere inside that I wish we didn’t order take out. We were supposed to have the Biscuit & Gravy bites as an app but ate the whole dang thing by the time we got home! (Mind you, it’s only a 10 minute drive.) We got the Buffalo Chicken and the Burger Pizzas on Waffle Crust. It was so fun and tasty that I didn’t even get snobby for the crust being different. If we had kids I bet they would have loved it! Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back.

Tried this place after seeing it on local news story. Was skeptical at first of the crust, but I really like it. I liked the creative types of pizza - after the first order, was compelled to try some additional versions with good results. The crust is not heavy, it is light and the pockets are nice for the sauce and toppings to settle into. Overall pretty impressed with the local option. Thanks
