I have had good experiences at other panda chains but this one was not good. PLEASE STOP CHOPPING THE NOODLES !!!! the seseme chicken was next day. Beef and Broccoli had no flavor and the beef tasted like old meat.

Shout out to Rachel who was kind enough to remind me to use my rewards pgm. I always forget to use it and she showed me how to bring up the QR code so she could scan it. I got to use my points for free spring rolls. Rachel is so conscientious. When the line died down she went about wiping tables & even brought us some soy sauce because we couldn't find any near the forks. The other young sweet Asian girl even accommodated me and tried not to give me so much cabbage & onions in my plate because I have gastritis. So I appreciated her efforts. What a kind crew you have who went above & beyond. Give your crew a raise !!!

Restaurant was NO HELP at all. Ordered through the app, for Delivery, and order was never received. Restaurant manager told me she couldn’t do anything, and that I had to go through the app. The app was no help either, as I had to send an email to some black hole. I will NEVER go to this restaurant or any Panda Express again!

Just as good as any other Panda Express, this one was clean, they stick to a good standard. The sweet stuff seems to have a lot of added sugar, no wonder people like it. Prices are decent, get the feel of a fast food environment, and get your food as quickly as there is no line you have to wait for. If you want the best Asian food, go to a nicer sit-down restaurant, otherwise this will satisfy your quick needs.

When I went through the drive through and made my order I was fully expecting my order to be complete and correct, but when I went home to eat I saw that my order was incorrect so I read the receipt. They had charged me double for an order of veggie spring roles when I only ordered one and I was missing an entree for one of my plates. I usually don’t need to check to see if my order is correct in the bag but from now on i won’t make that mistake.
