I don't like that they don't ever answer the store phone. You get some customer service line and when they transfer you to the store directly they never answer. This used to be my favorite location but it's just been headache after headache with them.

I walked in tonight around 5:30 and there were three workers at the front and one trying to help a door dash guy. The three workers looked right at me and didn't bother to help me. Josh, who was helping the door dash guy asked me if I'd been helped and then he went to look for my pizza. One of the workers started yelling "Josh the delivery isn't ready yet stop looking" and Josh said "I'm helping people upfront" and then the other worker replied "it's not ready yet" Josh said "there's people upfront who need to be helped" Josh was getting yelled at for doing his job! Josh got my pizza for me and then the other workers bothered to ask for my name. Josh was super helpful and the only one at the front actually doing their job. I hate that he was getting yelled at for doing his job.

I ordered delivery, they left it on the door step without even ringing the door bell. My camera never even pick up something being delivered. My daughter randomly opened the door and the food was cold. It's 18 degrees outside food can't stay warm. You have to knock or ring a bell!

I ordered online for carryout, it took me about 20 minutes to get there. The second that I got there, I was received with a "we'll be right with you", not even 5 seconds later, another employee came and asked me for my order, turned around, got my order and gave it to me. The friendliness was awesome and customer service was great. Awesome job!Parking: Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There pizza shop has wheelchair accessibility.
The delivery tracker showed the driver was here at my apartment building. I put in the instructions. Building 3 apartment V. And to call me if they get lost. I rarely eat pizza and was looking forward to it for a change. I also live less than 3 minutes away from the store but choose delivery because I'm busy at home and can't leave.The driver. Apparently, I got to my building. And delivered my food to the wrong apartment or didn't deliver the food at all and likly stollen it. I checked outside and on each level of my building. No car was outside, and no pizza was delivered to a door. I just lost $40 to $50 worth of food because of the delivery driver.If you're a delivery driver and can't deliver within a 3 minute drive. You don't deserve a tip, much less your jo

The website messed up my order when I was trying to put it in I was messing with it for over 10 minutes and the website dripped an item on my order. I called to see if they could deliver the rest of the messed up order and waive the delivery fee but they said they couldn't help me. So I had to no only wait for part of the order I put in initial but also had to either pat two delivery fees and two tips or now drive down there even though I paid for delivery already. I am frustrated at the lack of help I was offered.

Driver, speedy delivery and food was hot, but now the people who make the pizza... failed to make it according to the stickers they put on the box. Ordered mushrooms, sticker says mushrooms... got green bell peppers. Yall make a decent pizza, managment obviously failed to QA this pizza before it walked out.
