Consistently really bad service. They never answer the phone, the drive thru window goes unanswered for up to 10 minutes sometimes. Food quality is never consistent. Avoid this particular Pizza Hut, there's better places. You're better off anywhere else, even the frozen aisle.They also outsource delivery to DoorDash, and it's a coin toss to if you're gonna get good service or not. If you have issues, Pizza Hut tells you to go to DoorDash, and DoorDash says to report it to Pizza Hut.Also, there's a sewage vent near the front door that smells like, well, sewage.

I placed order at 4:30 PM to arrive at 6:45 PM. The order didn't appear until AFTER 7:45. I tried calling store multiple times to try and get an update. The call disconnected without reaching a manager EVERY time.

I ordered 3 pizzas and a drink for delivery. I received someone else’s 3 pizzas and no drink. I called for over and hour to get this fixed and NO one would answer. It would ring then go to advertisement. Then after being on hold a few minutes it would give a busy signal and hangup again I did this for over an hour. I spent 50 in pizza , I would like what I ordered or my money back!

Placed an online order. They used to deliver themselves, for some reason it was outsourced to Doordash. None of the order was correct, showed up 20 minutes late, soggy and cold.

It's gotten more expensive since covid, the wings are now really expensive $12+ for 6... but it's pizza hut. It's good pizza. This location has been solid for the last 10 years. Never had any real issues. And they have always been good to address them

We came to get our pizza on a Friday night and it was ready right in time. The woman at the window was amazing at double checking out order to make sure we got our sauces. (Usually people forget the sauces. ) she was very nice to my husband and our pizza and wings were the best weve had in a while! Thank you pizza hut for the amazing service!

Order canceled due to 2 people working on a Friday night?! I don't fault the workers that showed up but Corporate obviously has an issue at this location. This has happened numerous times.

Fresh, perfectly cooked, boxed with care and every slice was cut. Very friendly staff. One of the best hut experiences I've had. This location is a definite go to.

For the most part pretty good, but sometimes they fumble my orders or send door dash drivers who mess up my order and blame it on them.
