We asked for a Chicken-n-fries burrito instead I got a Carne Asada-n-fries burrito it's not even good it had Guacamole & Pico (I don't even like Guacamole & Pico) they even messed up my Boyfriends order he wants scrambled eggs but he got different. That's not even the worst part they didn't give us back our correct change$. I'm sorry but if we ever go back there, we're going in & gonna watch what they do because I don't like getting my money taken ?

Very bad service, I ordered through Uber Eats and they didn't send me the complete order and I had to go pick it up myself when I didn't have a car and for that same reason I ordered it through Uber Eats! And yet they didn't know how to help me and they laughed at the situation

So it's a really good place if r on the go, and the service is almost perfect. The staff is friendly and they really try to get your order right the first time just about everytime

Shockingly clean and amazing service.While we ate, they were cleaning up and they moved the tables to sweep and mop underneath. Their attention to detail was fantastic!The meal was as expected, delicious and well priced. Worth coming back for.

I only came in for the horchatta. I'm glad I did. I kind of like theirs more than the betos. However, I wish they served in foam cups like betos does for the large drink. I did end up getting fried burritos as well. I asked if they had cheese inside the woman said yes. Turns out, there was no cheeseinside. Only sprinkled outside of the burritos.

We ate there this morning, both felt nauseous and I vomited about 30 minutes after. Won’t ever go back to this location. ?? ?
I went through the drive thru, and the woman taking the order had a major language barrier. We asked for nachos with no cheese and only pico and guacamole. The woman repeatedly back only cheese and talked over my husband, who was trying to correct the order. She replied, "You want another nacho?" We explained again chips with only Pico and guacamole again, and she sighed and told us the amount. We get the food, and it's covered in cheese. My husband went in and went up to the cashier at the counter and she was very polite and took the nachos to be remade and the same lady at the drive through took the nachos out of her hand and put it back infront of my husban and said, "if you order guacamole it comes with cheese" and argued with my husband you can only order the nachos with cheese. We have been loyal customers and have gotten the nachos before without cheese over 20 times. My husband had to speak Spanish to the woman due to her arguing and trying to shove the food at my husband to take home. The chef had to correct her in spanish that if customers dont order cheese, dont put it on. He did a wonderful job, and she was very rude. We will not be back to our favorite place if that horrible woman is taking orders poorly and forcing customers to take the wrong order she mistakenly put in. What a letdown for such a simple order. I'm allergic to the dairy she tried to force us to take. It was such an uncomfortable situation for my husband and the other employees she treated poorly. She walked off when the chef was talking to her. She is not a team player.
