Worst food ever. The rice is dry, the beef that came swimming in an ocean of sauce was dry. The "egg rolls" are really spring rolls, their potstickers are worse than freezer burnt Walmart brand. Horrible.

Most interesting experience. First Time ever coming here. A guy came to the counter grabbed something, didn’t say a word. A girl came up to the table closet to the front gave them something looked our way and walked away. Then shortly came back and asked what she could do. Let her know we wanted to try there food have never been here. Out of all there tables and booths there were only 3 being used and we got told. “They had no open tables”. The Mexican restaurant next door was packed and had no tables open. I will never be trying this Chinese place.

I went with some family members who have been going there for years because it is good and inexpensive. They also prefer local restaurants to chains. His establishment didn’t disappoint. The service was quick and the same with the food. I also liked that they serve a complete meal with a soup of your choice and an egg roll. The restaurant is clean and organized and decorated in the typical “Chinese” style which I find enjoyable.I ordered the cashew chicken which was a bit different than usual since it was red colored but still tasty. It is nice to see some innovation and originality.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian choices but most can be made without the meat.

Not a huge fan of this place I got the Kung pow chicken and was not impressed. Barely got any chicken too many peanuts and to saucy. my girls were cold and my soup was cold as well. My wife said her food was fair. That’s why I gave it three stars.

Food was alright. Had the twice cooked pork and my wife had the Chicken with Galric Sauce. Both had a ton of sauce and alot of vegatable. The pork was very dry. The ham fried rice was good. The Pan fried dumplings weren't very fresh tasting and the Bar-BQ Pork was very dry amd drwnched in BQ sauce. Egg drop soup was good.

We ordered takeout for 2 couples on 8/16/23 in the evening. Picked up the takeout, got home and 3 dishes were wrong and one was omitted completely, all we had paid for. It was taken back and staff argued about the order. We chose to leave it, as they showed no interest in wanting to rectify and serve with professionalism and quality, also knowing that there are numerous, wonderful competitors to choose from that we get great service and food from. Unfortunately, we had to endure and experience another argument over getting our payment refunded. Several coworkers, the next few days after, said they had experienced similar trouble in the past and hadn't been back for months. We wonder if the owners know and care about how their customers are being treated? Sub-par service, possibly food too! We had not been for almost a year so not a great loss or miss. We will not try again! Also some coworkers said they had submitted reviews. Evidently those reviews made no difference. One star for all. One star for atmosphere as well. The way they treat customers does not contribute to a pleasant atmosphere.

Love this place! Me and my family eat here all the time. My favorite dish is the orange chicken, it's so delicious! Everything is always very clean and the staff gets our food out very quickly! Can't recommend Royal Jade enough!

The food came quickly, tasted delicious, and was freshly made! The restaurant has a cute, pink cafe vibe to it- although our bench cushions were a little loose and almost fell off when I sat down. Service was good, but not much more than the bare minimum (drink refills, occasionally asking how things are), but the place was run by a handful of teenagers so it’s probably just a lack of experience. I’ve come here a few times and always had a good experience with the food. I’d do a 4.5 rating if I could, but since I can’t I’ll stick with a solid 4. Honestly this is in my top 5 favorite local Chinese restaurants and I highly recommend it. Week days are not too busy. Will definitely return.Kid-friendliness: Both nugget and fries type of options and kid portions of Chinese food. Comfy seats and plenty of neat Easter eggs (such as a hidden mystery machine toy) to look at.Parking: Plenty of parking, as it’s a large lot shared between businesses. If for some reason you cannot find a spot directly in front of the restaurant, there are plenty of spots only a few dozen feet away.

Warning! Not the Royal Jade it used to be! I've come here for 15 years and today was my last time. Here you will get terrible customer service AND stale or bad food. And when you (even nicely) let them know something is wrong with the food the bigger Latin girl that's apparently the 'manager' will trash talk you so loud, just behind the little partition in the dining room that the whole restaurant will hear. She was an embarrassment. I went and let her know me and everyone could hear her and she said "I know!" And then proceeded to argue with me to the point the kitchen staff came and told her to stop.My whole meal was bad. The chicken tasted rancid. I hope I don't get sick. The ham fried rice tasted like it was made yesterday. And the egg Foo young was absolutely disgusting. (Used to be my favorite entree there.) They insisted though that everything was "fresh" and that I just wasn't used to their food, which I assure you isn't the case. And they gave me a $1.00 discount (basically just an insult to injury) when all I could eat of my meal was the hot and sour soup. They got new owners however long ago, and it's been on a steady decline and now has officially hit rock bottom, especially with their terrible manager.I can't believe I still can go on - I had the unfortunate need to use their restroom, which was borderline traumatizing - the giant toilet paper roll just sitting on the handicapped rail. The paper towel roll sitting on the counter, soggy. I had to Jimmy rig the toilet flusher that's barely attached to be able to flush it. On my way to the restroom, you can see into the dimly lit kitchen area, and it's so cringey. You have to put it out of mind to eat your food.... not to mention the employees are wearing street clothes and don't have their hair pulled back.I got mocked when I told the manager I am a top Google restaurant reviewer and wanted to give them a chance to make it right. She sarcastically said, "Good for you!" Well, at least I warned them and gave them a chance. I'm telling ya, skip this place. You're better off.My review from 2018 (completely invalid now, but I'll leave it for them to see how downhill they've come) The friendliest staff!! Ever since they hired Katrina, I get excited to go. She seems to manage the place and is soo friendly and personable. She remembers my name and what me and my family like to order and how we like it. But that wouldn't be worth much if the chefs didn't comply, and they DO! Extra veggies in the wonton soup, no problem! Served sooo quick, hot and fresh. Love the orange chicken, cheese wontons, and I get the BBQ pork fried rice cause it's made super fresh!

Walked in and placed a To Go order. The food was absolutely terrible. It did not taste like Chinese Food. $30.00 for inedible, overcooked, and slightly warm food. Service was limited to the Cashier taking my money. I wouldn't visit this place again. Too bad it is close to our home.
