Ordered an iced caramel macchiato with vanilla sweet cream cold foam which i paid extra for and they didn’t put it in my drink, also didn’t put the caramel in my iced CARAMEL macchiato. Every time I come to this starbucks they always manage to mess up my order.

Chai tea was really good, Nera's customer service was excellent. (Sandwich wasn't that great, prices were high, not his fault, tho.) I'd give it a 4, but good experience saved a ⭐️.

Located inside the Layton Target, this Starbucks is always my go to! Friendly staff! Most mornings are quick in and out with getting my order, some are busy! But I don't mind. They seem to make my drink always perfect each time! And they always engage with you, great service! I typically go for my hot white chocolate mocha with soy, or quad iced espresso in a venti cup with white mocha sauce and vanilla sweet cream! Delish! Especially while shopping you definitely need a drink, Starbucks in Target is definitely a must!

There were five people ahead of me when I got there waiting for drinks… the girl on register was brand new and the other one making drinks wasn’t even actually making drinks. I waited for like 5 minutes before she actually started making anything. She was just kinda walking back and forth flipping her hair around. And she didn’t wash her hands after coming out of the bathroom.

I go here for the convenience of it, but often than not, my order is wrong. I always order a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, and most of the time they don't put enough concentrate in it and they do the cold foam on top (the cream should be mixed in), which leaves the drink pretty flavorless.

I currently work as a Starbucks barista for other store and am familiar with the menu and the process of how things are made. Yesterday I stopped at target on my day off too ship and redeem a few of my starts for a drink. I ordered an iced cafe latte with coconut milk and caramel drizzle and was given my iced coffee with steamed milk that had been poured over ice. When I had kindly asked “ was this steamed with milk? And after the barista confirmed it was I asked for to be remade the barista said “ I noticed I did it wrong when I handed it out” and I was confused as to why she didn’t just say oh I made it wrong let me remake it for you. Since Im not perfect and have made many wrong drinks time to time I was understanding and went on my way with my remade drink. The next day I had to stop at target again and ordered a venti chai latte with coconut milk my usual. The barista was distracted the entire time she made my drink and once I had received it, I politely asked “ this was made with coconut milk correct? ” and she said “ it should have been” another confusing statement as she was the one who made it…. After taking the first sip I immediately new it was cows milk. Which is a little frustrating as I double checked with her and ordered it dairy free. It’s an understandable mistake, but when I try to confirm and they aren’t sure it’s pretty frustrating. I hate leaving reviews and I don’t like leaving negative feedback but it genuinely made me feel very upset and unheard which is extremely off brand for Starbucks and shouldn’t be the regular experience for any customer. I was in a rush and ended up going to the Starbucks across the street later to get a different one instead. I just hope that more training can be enforced and that the importance of making individuals drinks with their preferred milk and the correct way according to Starbucks standard is emphasized and enforced in the future.

The two girls working today where very rude. They laughed at my boyfriend, because they didn't understand the drink he was ordering. They literally laughed and made faces at each other in front of us. They got out drink out fast but I wish we would have just walked away. The staff should not be that rude if they don't understand someone's order.

Good coffee, tea, and other drinks. Spendy. I'd recommend Kung Fu tea for beverages instead, as it has more options, better beverages, better staff, etc.

I had to wait for almost 10 minutes to place my order even though there was only one other person in the store that had already been helped. They were also out also out of banana bread. When I finally got my drink it wasn't full. She could have put 3/4 more in there.
