This is the first time I went to this location. It was a Friday night around 7 pm, and we were the only customers there at the time. Three friendly young men were working. My sandwich was made exactly to my liking. This location has a drive thru, which is a nice benefit. The restaurant was clean. It has a public restroom that requires a code to be punched in to use it. One of the staff let my husband in. This can be inconvenient if you want to use the bathroom and a staff member isn't available to let you in, but this wasn't the case with us. Good food and good service ?

they made us purchase something before allowing our 3 year old who is newly potty trained go to the bathroom. it was an emergency. I understand making a grown adult make a purchase, but forcing someone to do that with a small child is just cruel.

Subway is our kid’s’ favorite restaurant so we used to come here on Saturdays after our soccer games. We won’t any longer. We came in today to buy 4 foot long meals. After being at soccer games all morning, me and my little girl had to use the restroom really bad. The staff refused to unlock the door to the restrooms, saying we had to buy our food first. Of course, there were 6 people in line ahead of us. I ended up buying one cookie so we could use the restroom. And then decided to go to a different Subway. We live in Layton and were regular customers at this location. If you treat your regulars poorly, they will go elsewhere. You got your dollar. I hope you’re happy. I don’t appreciate being treated like a transient. Shame on you.

They made me purchase something to use the bathroom, "because they have had people use it without buying anything".Who cares? I get that you pay your employees to clean the bathrooms, but the cost is nominal.I'm gonna give them the benefit of the doubt though, and assume there's a transient living in the parking lot with IBS having an explosion in there 5 time a day.But even then, you are really helping that poor guy out to let him use it without a purchase.
