Food was terrible. The worker was terrible and couldn't even understand what I was trying to order so after messing it up multiple times I gave up and ended up paying twice as much for food I didn't even want. It was all bad enough that I felt the need to go out of my way to write a poor review which is not something I ever do.

Horrible experience. The sub was not even made correctly. When I went back to get my money back the 2 kids that were ( the only ones) working there said, ‘We are under 18 so we can’t authorize a return.’ First of all -isn’t that illegal to have employees underage who are there w/o an adult managing them? They had zero customer service training. The girl kept running her fingers thru her uncovered hair behind the counter and the boy was rubbing his face and trying to pop a pimple while at the register. They broke all kinds of safe food handling laws!! And -the food was bad! There is a new owner. 2 months. Beware!Really bad!

I come to this location for the soft bread and my sandwich is always made the way I want. Today I came in on my way to work around 4:10pm. It was by far the worst experience I've had at a sandwich place. The bread was hard. I asked for double meat, didn't get that. I asked for extra extra mayo. I like it drenched in mayo! Didn't get that either! So I didn't even eat it when I got to work. It was dry and it fell apart upon opening it. Very disappointing! I wouldn't have tipped had I known how horrible my sandwich was going to be made! Thanks for wasting my money.

Great place for subway, really clean and fresh good, never a long wait, a d they have a drive thru for Subway part. The gas station is average. Their prices are high compared to others, the rewards program is difficult and time consuming, and car wash leaves a residue on car. Also, no free air. Employees are great at both places, and always awesome. Convenient location.

My experience at this subway today was phenomenal. The gentleman who took my order was so kind and clear. It's difficult to find staff in this industry that put in that little extra bit of effort (rightfully so) but he did. I have visited this subway many times and no staff member has ever been even close to as wonderful as he was. So thank you Ernie for all that you do.

Haven't had an issue till now. 09-22-23 at 750pm I picked up 2 subs a roastbeef that has like 2 slices of meat on the whole thing. It's like eating bread and salad. Hoping the all American sub I got my GF is better. I noticed it has tons of mayo on it. Get better help subway, get INTEGRITY. It's not sliced roast beef even . It's shredded steak pieces

The general manager Lupe was very rude. My husbands sandwich didn’t have the extra meat he paid for. My sons sandwich had only 2-3 pieces of chicken with loads of lettuce, and my meatball sub was smashed down. When we called she was rude and hung up on us multiple times as we were trying to figure out what happened to our food, and told me that if I continued to have an issue with my order that I could catch her at work since we know that she works here. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and down right not okay. Someone who is ready to fight because customers were trying to figure out what was wrong with their order shouldn’t be a manager. And make new wonder how many other customers she told could come at her while she was at work.

Fast, fresh, and friendly. Extremely clean as well. You can tell this location cares about the customer. Zach was efficient, personable and friendly. By far the best subway I’ve ever been to, I swear the ingredients were ACTUALLY fresh. So good. Thanks to the awesome team here, especially Zach!
