Takes 10-15 minutes to order even if you are the only one there and the order always ends up being messed . I have seen the manager wake up from a nap in the middle of the day and I have sat at the drive thru for 15+ minutes and had no one help me . Seems like the workers are incompetent and I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but the service has been EXTREMELY BAD the past 5 times I have been here .

I am giving this location one star as we went in tonight for dinner to take home and stood there for 10 minutes. Neither employee even looked our direction or said hi. We finally left and went to a different location.

I went through the drive-thru. I only ordered one salad and they didn’t have any cars in front or ahead of me, but it took them 10 minutes to take my order and another 10 to make it. I asked them to not chop it up, and they did anyway. Then they dumped the dressing on top, like the whole top was covered in ranch. I wanted to use a coupon from the app and they tried to tell me it was only online even though it said redeemable online or in store. They also didn’t know how to use the app and I had to show them how to scan it, which was weird to me? I used the coupon and my points on this salad, and then it looked so gross I just ended up throwing it away. I’m really sad about it. And used &4 of rewards on the order, what a waste. :,(

Second time in a row the app has said ‘ready by x:xx’ but the employees don’t have it made until at least 15 minutes after this time. Which means from the time you order to the time you pickup is 35-40 minutes for ONE sandwich. One employee has AirPods in and had to take them out to answer questions from another person ordering. Right in the middle of making my sandwich with plastic gloves on. As a business owner myself, I highly recommend the owner of this subway franchise to make a strong in house presence especially since I know they (the owners) have complained in the past about lost business from the false accusation of serving a police officer a tainted beverage.

went in on December 9th, 2023, there was only one kid there and it was his 4th day working there. He said someone was supposed to come in but didn’t show and the manager wouldn’t get a hold of him. super sad to see and not his fault at all that he had no help but it took a while to get our orders right. hoping management will see this and get a hold of their lone employee!

Says it's open today till 10pm but the employee came out and told me they are closed, it's only 730pm. So if you want to eat a sandwich make sure you get here before when whoever is in charge decides to just go home.

Don't even bother. Was looking forward to ending my hard work week with a delicious turkey sandwich. All I thought about all day. RIGHT after my shift ended, I gleefully headed over to the local subway here on UT-193. A TEENAGER employee came out and said they were CLOSED. You may think.. maybe you showed up after closing time. NO. I showed up at 7:30 PM, and clear as the day on their sign it said closing time was at 10:00 PM.Now I was hoping for some sort of explanation, such as aliens, ran out of bread, or the staff somehow got a weird rash and had to be all sent home. None given. NONE! The TEENAGE employee just said they were closed with no explanation.Now I sit here with my sad homemade turkey sandwich, knowing that it lacks the carefully placed ingredients and taste of a delicious subway sandwich. All week I have waited for my dreams to be smashed. By a TEENAGE employee.

Part 2 from Tiffany J 4stars 2 guys1 bad salad to 1 bomb saladbut sometimes I say I want a 12 " cuz what is 6" salad anyway. Its my meal I generally get a meal. LOVE SUBWAY SALADS NOT HERE THOUGH! There was maybe a cup 1/4-1/2 of salad that took up a 1/3 of the bowl lil bowl at that no spinach a lil lettuce like 7 peperchinis and 4 olives 3 slivers of onion. I was starving and looked at it and cried I ended up eating it cuz I sat trying to get ahold of the store which no one answered or it seemed if they did it was a pick up and hang up for 45mins i paid almost $8 -9 bux for nothing so I took my but down there furious we the people are constantly gettin screws prices up quality and amount of product down I am on strict budget so to even eat out at this point in our economy is a luxury. I knew better then to let my daughter go there but I know it's a franchise and wanted to give them another chance at this point owners are being let down and they need to know. There management is losing them 1000's just on poor performance. So i went to store with an attitude and by surgery wound all irritated crying wanted managers info and owners info. I was greeted by 2 amazing young men that the horror show I was at the time didn't bother them one bit. They politely said they couldn't give me owners info but they understood and would make note of my complaint and take my info and would make sure they got the message personally as for manager she was the one my daughter dealt with and would definitely give me her info. I was like no I'll give you my info just have owners contact me there's a big problem in the store. The young men with out missing a beat one grabbed a bowl and the other said now please ms. Let me make you a proper salad I was like no I don't even want one now. He said well I think since you haven't had much to eat prolly be hungry later let us take care of it please we apologize. My friend was let them make you a salad so I was actually so impressed by their attitudes there maturity kindness and patience we as Gen X era have so much to say about millennial and Gen Z's I was so happy to deal with these 2 young men who did everything right who dealt with me appropriately who was prolly thinkin I was a Karen but never once made me feel like it they heard me they apologized and quite frankly went above and beyond to make me happy and they did. I thank you boys for validating me for making me feel like my order mattered. And re-establishing my faith in customer service and just being decent humans I have rarely come across in the industry lately. And I will got to that Subway to order now but will walk in to make sure one or both are working that shift or to be fair just to make sure the few I know are awful aren't working before i order there i like to keep my money local and think these owners are trying to hire better employees so not fair to just cut them all off. Im sure their sales are noticeably low. Anyway way to bring back a disgruntled guest/customer that's hard to do.. you guys are valued employees I'd be proud to have you guys on one of my crews definitely deserve a raise and promotion. You deserve a round of applause and standing O four outstanding service. The management team needs to be dealt with. To the owners you are losing a lot of revenue just from poor customer service which is the one thing the store controls 100%. Let alone the money your losing in bad management.

So I am leaving a review because of the 2 wonderful young men that were working and got to deal with me when I went in to simply complain and get number of manager and leave my number for franchise owners. I had just got outta of surgery and was starving hadn't eaten for over 24 hrs and against my better judgement had my daughter go to our Subway near us cuz I honestly hoped for better everything and I literally was starving. I my family and friends generally go to any other Subway that this one. Reasons being girls that would normally be working were always rude, they were always out of stuff we would want on our sandwiches or salads. The sandwich bar was dirty dirty. There was one girl who always argued about the coupons and had bad attitude. Would close early. And it was never a good experience. This store i always wanted to give benefit of doubt but it would never be a good experience consistent in only a let down. So after being let down again I was hungry angry frustrated and all together over it. I tried calling for 40-45 mins 3 different numbers . You can never get a hold of anyone there. I had a friend come get me take me over there. I took pics and asked my daughter about receipt she had said that the girl didn't give her one offer her one and when she went to ask cuz she knows me 30 + yrs in restaurant industry as everything from dish to Area Management you always get your receipts on to go orders. My daughter said cashier just walked away. Acknowledging she was busy and the only one there my daughter just came home. I wanted a Turkey Bacon Ranch Salad with everything but Jalapeños. Almost all the Subways hook the salads up. 4 stars for 2 young men and 1 bad salad made to be the BOMB part 1 finish review under another name

Do not go to this location. If I could give them a zero I would I came in earlier through drive-through order two sandwiches they butchered one I order the Bella mozzarella basically no meat whatsoever no spinach, no banana peppers extra mozzarella and extra vinaigrette they put meat on it when there is a food allergy so I tried calling them literally 10 times throughout the day with the phone number on the receipt. No one picked up goes to fax machine so I thought OK I'm gonna just drive up and tell them so I came and I told him the situation I even wrote on the receipt what I wanted on the sandwich so I told the guy no meat extra vinaigrette, extra mozzarella and red peppers that is it he's like so which vegetables are on it and I'm like whatever vegetables come on it because clearly they are not familiar with their sandwiches because when I got home they put every single vegetable that Subway has on the sandwich so clearly they don't know that it supposed to come with spinach banana peppers red onion and I told him just whatever it comes with which is the red onion and nothing else no meat so they bombarded the sandwich and destroyed it. It is disgusting. The bread is hard and they put zero vinaigrette. My child literally had to dump all the vegetables my child can I have jalapeño peppers or green peppers they threw that on so we're hoping my daughter doesn't end up in the hospital tonight because she's allergic to those now. I hope that the owner sees this and actually retrain their employees actually know what vegetables come on each sandwich it shouldn't be our job to tell him it's supposed to come of this is this is this is that because we got a disgusting sandwich no vinaigrette on dry bread my daughter just ate the mozzarella cheese, which is kind of sad will never ever go to this location ever again. The owner emailed me and said hopefully I will stop by again in the future. Ummm he didn't even offer to replace the sandwich so no I will never return!

Two very fast and friendly employees. Fairly quiet when I came in, only when I walked out had someone else pulled up. Seems good to get in and out fast unless just happened to come during a lullParking: Parking is on the south side of the building as is the drive-thru (basically behind the building) enter through the back (make sure you pull the door closed) or walk around to the front if you desire

The tall guy with the blonde and brown hair always makes my sandwich perfectly, I ask for a few particular things with my sub and he’s always kind about it while other employees and subway restaurants seem annoyed when I ask for things that add an extra step to the process. This subway is like most other subways, the ingredients do seem fresh but the 5 stars is for him.

Cashier gave themselves an 18% tip without asking. When asked for a refund on the tip, manager glared at me while handing me cash. Shut the glass door without a word. Dishonest and entitled attitude. Not a fan.
