Every time I eat here the salads are pathetic. If you get it to go, they have less lettuce than they would if you sat down in the restaurant. It’s mostly crunchy white pieces and I could combine both side salads into one to get the normal side salad size I would get in the restaurant. These containers come full of lettuce at other locations. These guys need to get their act together. This is not the quality I expect from Texas, especially with how much they’ve raised prices the last couple of years. You now pay more for a 6 ounce than you did an 8 ounce two years ago, so at least don’t skimp on the lettuce! I’ve gotten the chicken Caesar and it’s the same story, minimal lettuce in the giant container.

We just want to say thank you to Ashlyn our sweet and attentive server she did a great job. We also appreciate Alexis as the manager, she too cares about customer satisfaction. This is a very well ran restaurant.

The only negatives are that they aren't set up very well to handle parties larger than 6 people and the music is too loud to be able to carry on a conversation with everyone at the table.

My family and I came in and we had Sierra as our waiter. We absolutely loved her and appreciate everything she did for us. The food was fantastic and it was served in a timely manner. The best experience was customer service. Thank you Sierra!!

Update to my post: every time my wife and I have come here it’s terrible service and rude waiters! Definitely do not come to this location! Go to the riverdale location. We will not be spending anymore money at this establishment.

-We were a party of ten that was sat at 2 separate booths so we couldn’t even speak to each other. There was no warning or other option given-They sent a bus boy to clear our table before we even finished paying for our food. Clearly rushing us out the door. He was grabbing cups and removing plates without even asking if we were done-Food was mediocre. Mine was nearly cold when I received it. Baked potato skin was tough and rubbery-The music was turned up halfway through our meal making it impossible to hear each other

We went to Texas Roadhouse to celebrate a grandson's birthday with a group of 10 people. Instead of a table to fit all of us, we were led to two booths across the aisle from each other. We had even called ahead to arrange for this group, but was not made aware of this situation. When we inquired as to why we could not have accommodations to seat us all together, we were told that there were no servers for that area. Understand, our servers were very nice. This sounds like a management problem. If they could not do better than this they should have told us when we called in the first place. Perhaps we should have just left when they led us to the booths, but with three different families coming from differing areas, and limited time, we just decided to make do. Learned our lesson, tho.

Outstanding food and I love my ? medium rare not bloody perfect job. And the BBQ chicken patty perfect once I had one in the shape of a ❤️ so perfect ?. Mashed potatoes and white gravy and corn on top ? my favorite ?. Price is high due to economy so don't always get opportunity to take the whole family but when I do it's a great time. Ordered 5 meals to go for the family; food was good; service would have been rated 5 plus if it wasn't for being told that I had stand outside in the cold at the take out window in order to order something, what kind of service is that? It almost makes me not wanting to go back. Yours truly, retired Army Sergeant Major from
