This is one of my favorite drinks mango blood orange seltzer. I ordered the shrimp tacos and hubby ordered the brisket tacos both were very tasty adding the green salsa added abit of spice to make them even better. Great if you want to share with one another bcuz you can't do a mix of tacos. The bartender was very attentive kept checking on us. We've had bartender before he is awesome. Recommend you try this place.

The good: No wait. Good service, and sides. Great mashed potatoes and Brussels. The bad: I’m certain I got 2 day old microwaved ribs and brisket. Dry, old, and it wasn’t cheap. I saw someone else with some wings that looked good. Should have got those.

We love the quiet, great atmosphere at The Coop at lunch time. This place is 21+. Our service has always been exceptional - friendly & very attentive. The food is great; however the menu is limited. We love the chicken tacos and have enjoyed trying most of the different side dishes. I believe it has a more lively vibe at night and on the weekends as we've seen them advertise game nights & other activities.

We had a really great experience. We had great drinks, the best “bar food” I’ve ever had and the service was excellent. Cameron was our host and server and he was excellent and accommodating. Looking forward to good food, good vibes, and good drinks? This place is it.

The drinks are good, they make a real effort to use fresh ingredients, and to make any cocktail requested, as long as they have the items. Bartending staff and servers are very nice. The appetizers, or small bites, were also very good. Though, when we decided to have dinner here, the food was not that great. I got an enchilada dish and the person with me ordered one of the burgers. I didn't finish my enchiladas, they just were not made very well. I was told the burger was pretty average, and not what they expected based on the description. Staff is great, and they do make good drinks. I prefer it over the parent restaurant, Roosters, the atmosphere is better at The Coop, imo.

All adult bar with creative fun drinks and an eclectic menu for food. Wish they had more options for apps or small plates to share but the addition of Holy Smokes BBQ is great.

Only went because Jeff has his BBQ there. It was double priced then before, and less servings. I understand its through Coop, but the food was cold, over priced and it didnt taste the same. None of the original side sauces, or sides. We were highly disappointed. I hope and pray he will come back with his own restaurant. Because going through coops was a let down to say the least.

What an overpriced and overrated joke this place is. Service is terrible. The drinks are triple priced. You’re going to pay $12 for a well drink that has less than a half ounce of alcohol. This is the reason Utah bars should all fail. Pathetic. But if you like spending $50 for three drinks in the most uncomfortable place ever. Go for it.

Preston and Jeff are the best! Brought in a party that turned out to be much larger than I told them, very professional help despite the large party. Great food and fun atmosphere! Thanks Fellas.

Wish this was just a bar and the food was the same here and at roosters restaurant so families could enjoy the bbq . Or just add bbq to the restaurant. Was forced to eat at the restaurant with our kids, food was terrible. Staff was friendly at the co op as we walked out, the irony.

Cool place. Only for people 21 yrs and older.A bit too many tables crunched together... would be better if there was more privacy between tables.Beers start at $10. I ordered their Mango-blood orange-seltzer... it was really good.

The Coop is one of my friend's favorite restaurants/bars. He was coming in multiple times a week for their food and drinks. My partner and I have tagged along a couple of times and there are definitely some items we liked more than others. The brisket tacos are phenomenal. The brisket is tender and easy to bite into. And they're huge!Other notable mentions are their daily specials. There's and everything sandwich that our friends rave about getting. I haven't tried it yet, but it's on my list. The Coop is a fun spot and I do enjoy going there!

Disappointed, but will return and try again. I feel like 3-4 times of visiting gives a place a fair try, and it's owned by Roosters, so I had high expectations. Visited with a friend b/c we wanted to catch up, so we knew we'd be there long. The server only came over 3x in our 3 hour stay, and my friend was waiting 40 minutes to order another cocktail, which then took 15 minutes to get. And it was slow, but the staff was super short. The staff at Roosters had been hyping up The Coop for so long, that we've been extremely excited to try it. But it was a total let down. The Beehive Cheese Board was a heap of top many grapes, 6 pieces of dry bread, a tiny plastic cup of olives, and 3 small sections of cheese. I thought it was going to be like the one in the photos posted by the establishment, which was more charcuterie board style. The menu options didn't fit a bar style, in my opinion, but I'm used to Jackson Hole bar dining which is where we always dine when we're having drinks on vacation. Menu was extremely expensive for what was offered, but that may be b/c of inflated prices right now. I'm a frequent flyer at Roosters, been there over 75+ times at least. So might just end up sticking to that place, which never disappoints!Recommendation would be to write out the beer menu on a chalk board like they do at Roosters, since the beer menu wasn't on their printed menus they give you, and they have so many options, it's hard to remember.
