Came here for lunch. Right when you walk in, there are ordering kiosks. I wanted sweet potato fries but could not find it. Burger was ok. Fries were really good. Self-serve everything. This place asks for tips when you're ordering from their kiosk. ? ???

The food is beyond pricey for a fast food joint. The portion sizes do not match what you pay for. I was quite disappointed with ordering a $6-7 grilled cheese that came as a kids instead because they messed up my order.

The process for trying to fix an online order with Habit is sub par, at best. I placed an online order, only to realize it went to a different store. When you call the number online, you are routed to a "call center" of sorts for ordering. They don't direct you to the actual physical store, and you can't call the store yourself. I was instructed to use the "Submit Feedback" link on the website, and someone would get back to me within 1-2 business days. Well, that is unacceptable for someone trying to fix an incorrect order that they are supposed to pick up in 10 minutes. Habit needs to come up with a better system to help customer fix incorrect online orders.
