Great cookies and drinks are decent, but service isn't on point. They were rude and one worker (refused to show me her name) was super grumpy and called me selfish after I didn't leave a tip. Two stars is generous.Owner,Employee was blonde with brown eyes and looked about 20 years of age. Please don't fire anyone though I would feel terrible and don't wish that on anyone.Kid-friendliness: Fun cookies and drinks that kids will love.

I worked here for a couple months at the mill creek location. It was hell. the workers are extremely underpaid, understaffed, and when I was working at that location they're was no manager and the boss was rarely ever communicating or there to supervise, so there was 15 and 16 years old running the entire place. extremely unprofessional. they also don't train their team well and expect them to run the place. Please support a place where they don't mistreat their workers.

Drinks are hit or miss, when they are good they are really good. When they are bad it is really a huge waste of $4. The customer service is terrible- it’s really annoying to be asked point blank every single time if I want to leave a dollar tip. It makes me feel awkward to say no and wonder if they are going to spit in my drink.

Great drinks but there is a female employee that asks for a dollar tip every time even though there is a tip jar right where you pay. It's a very awkward interaction and makes me want to find a new drink spot.

We used to love this place but the customer service is non existent. Almost $10 for 3 cookies, which is fine, but a smile or a thank you goes a long way.
I ordered cookies as a gift for someone. The staff were highly cooperative and helpful. The cookies are fabulous, especially the banana cream pie…right on the mark. Tastes just like its name sake.
If i could give 0 stars for customer service i would. A blonde girl was helping me at the drive thru, i asked for a dr pepper with coconut, pineapple, strawberry purée, and cream, and all i got was a dr pepper with strawberry SYRUP. She was laughing and clapping her hands the whole time i was trying to order, she wouldn’t even look at me or pay attention. I went to Fiiz and got the right drink.

Always a nice treat. Cookies are hefty and buttery to the max. They are a lot more "done" than Crumbl cookies if you've ever had them, so if you don't like the raw cookie dough taste exture this is definately for you! None of the cookies have been a miss for me so far. All delicious. Cookie of the month is always fun to look forward to, although I usually just stick with the regular menu.

Went at 5:50 pm and I could see the employees inside were sitting looking at their phones. Waited a few minutes no one came to the window. Honked still they didn’t move. Went to swig instead.
