We had just went threw the drive Thur and I feel absolutely appalled by the amount of disrespect this employee had. We were ordering biggie bags.he acted like we were ordering a lot. Which was wrong. Giving us an attuide about it. Then then when we pulled forward to the window. He was out side of it tapping his wrist like we were taking up his precious time. We were not. I feel like the amount of disrespect is not okay. On top of that we were the only costumers in the drive thru. I hope that man knows its not okay to treat people and costumers like that.

The guy taking my order was friendly enough. Got my food pretty quick. But ooo boy this food is rough. Got a number 2 breakfast combo. The fried potatoes tatse like the oil is 6 months old. The sandwhich was ok. The chocolate frosty coffee... was warm... warm iced coffee is just not ok. Over all 13 bucks down the drain...

Went through the drive through and when we got home there was no cheeseburger in my son’s happy meal. Just fries. Then I called and asked to speak to a manager and he said “speaking”.I told him I didn’t need him to reimburse me I just wanted to let him know. Then he hung up. I called back 4 times with no answer. Awful customer service. I just wanted to be heard and him to know his employee on drive thru made a mistake incase it was a recurring experience for him. This happened this evening around 6:15pm.

Today’s service was awful. First I went into the store with a couple of other customers and no one at Wendy's helped any of us, and after about 10 minutes, walked. Decided to try the drive through instead. The representative who answered the speaker and at the window was extremely rude, he didn't care if he got the whole order or if it was right. And the order was wrong. Tried calling the store multiple times, and much to my surprise no answer. THIS IS THE WORST WENDYS IN THE AREA, AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD AND GOOD SERVICE. If Wendy's cared at all they would get rid of the guy running the window during lunch today. 12:45 PM

Best Wendy’s in the state of Utah food is always so fresh I usually get the Dave’s double and some nuggets with the best ghost pepper ranch dip. Also amazing service!

I have never seen such an unmotivated team. People standing in line for a good 5 minutes without a we'll be to you in a minute. They stare at you and continue to move at a snail pace. I'll give props to the guy putting the burgers together. He did a great job putting them together and not looking like McDonald's trash. Someone needs to take action and motivate that team. That's is lack of leadership there.
