Ordered a 8 wing combo flavored mild and lemon pepper when I got home the lemon pepper was good but the other flavor was not mild. When I called to let them know of the mistake to get it replaced was told it was mild and I had to clarify that I indeed ordered the mild flavor 2 days ago so I would know what mild taste like. The manager didn't even try to make things right and it would be the last time I order from this location.

Great wings but one time I had a bad experience with an employee eating one of my wings? I ordered five an only got four, probably just a mistake but employee who brought the last wing had suspicious crumbs on her fingers and chicken breath...
Smiles and very friendly/welcoming environment with staff. Small store can get crowded quickly especially during Lunch time, but they greet immediately. Food is exquisite for being fast food. Fresh veggie sticks are a delicious alternative to french fries. I love this location and will continue to eat here regularly.Parking: A Lot of Shared Parking in a strip mall setting

Carter is the most amazing manager. He takes customer service to a new level and puts the EXTRA in the ordinary. I have had amazing experiences with customer service but his was hands down the BEST customer service experience I’ve literally ever had. He is valuable. There was an accidental switch with our food and he took it upon himself to correct it before we realized. You can tell he does his best to solve issues before they start. Fire prevention rather than wait for a fire to start. (Not that we would have lost our minds either though like crazy people lol) As a manager I would just die to have someone like him working for me. Watch out Wingstop because I just might try to take him lol ?
