We celebrated my wife's birthday here. She got the chicken wild wings and I had the triple bacon burger. The food was excellent. I was completely stuffed after. We watched the end of the first ground of basketball playoffs. The atmosphere was way fun.

Order food online.i go to pick it up and they are out of parmesan garlic apparently. But none of the sauces I order I got. They felt like giving me super hot spices or none at all. And they still charged me for extra sauce that they were out of. They gave me stale chips and the whole experience was awful. Staff did not care. Claim to be busy but there was no one inside and then also they screwed up 4 other peoples order before me. This place has gone down hill. I hope they contact me because they are not picking up the phone but I am hoping to get a refund on 80 dollars worth of food that no ate because it wasn't what we order.

1st time ordering on the app for pickup- was HOPEFUL it would result in a completed order, but NO. We were missing 6 traditional Buffalo dry wings and instead of the Dip TRIO…just got chips and queso. Speaking of queso- it USED to be SO GOOD, now it’s watered down bleh. I like (used to like) BWW- but seriously, the quality of service at this location is incredibly WEAK.

It's a hit and a miss sometimes. It depends on the server. Love going here for the atmosphere, but sometimes the food takes forever or gets messed up, so be prepared for that.
Took over 45 minutes to get wings, never got fried pickles. Couldn’t order another beer. This is second time of poor service on Sunday. I don’t blame staff; I blame poor management. Need more cooks and servers. My wife never got a refill of water. One in my group left after 45 minutes because he never got his order of wings. My order of wings after 45 minutes was cold and very dry when delivered and no carrots or celery came with them. I order with blue cheese to go with wings and no blue cheese came with wings. My daughter never got her carrots and celery also.

Ordered takeout through the app tonight and it said that the food will be ready by 7:50pm, it is now 8:10pm and I am still waiting in the lobby. I bet my order is in one of those to-go boxes that have been sitting on the kitchen counter for some time now and no one seem to care to pack them. Not sure when my order will be packed, but the food will probably get cold by then. Giving my review a 2 stars because I still like getting wings here, but I do hope for the waiting time and customer service to get better.

I haven't been to any BWW location in probably 3 years and based on recent reviews I was super skeptical about going back. But we braved it and I'm SO GLAD. We were seated right away, our server (Maddie) was amazing, it was the fastest BWW dine-in experience we've ever had, location was clean, I have no complaints.Another shoutout to Maddie for being such a good server! She didn't make us order with the QR code (which I hate doing), made sure we knew what specials were going on, got our order exactly right, and went above & beyond to make sure we had a good experience.A couple notes: we went at 4pm on a Tuesday so I'm sure that played into the fast service. I'd imagine dinner rush timing would be a different story. But still, this is my experience. Lastly, my husband LOVES spice. He always orders very spicy flavors. He did mention that he thinks BWW has toned down the spice levels over the past few years. So if you're a spice-lover, keep that in mind as you order.

This is the first time I've been back to BWW in 5 whole years! Wow!! I had no idea why I even wanted to try this place again, as you'll soon see that my expectations were wayyyyy beyond reality.I went with 2 other friends, and it was only us and one other group of 4 ahead of us.. There was no host, and after 5 minutes of waiting, I asked the group of 4 infront of us if they've had a chance to speak to the host yet. They said no..So, after an additional two minutes of us just standing there and the servers in the restaurant just staring at us as they walked by, I finally went past the host stand to speak to the nearest worker. I asked, "Hey, umm, is there a host?" He said, "She'll be right out."Another 2 minutes later, the host finally comes out and seats both of us.The dining experience itself, felt like everyone in the building had just given their 1-days-notice. There was zero personalization, and the experience after being sat left you to wonder if a server was ever going to come. There were no utensils, no napkins, no condiments on the table, no menus (besides the QR code in the middle of the table), et cetera.We ordered through the QR code online, and the food was rather fast. It wasn't until I saw my food infront of me, that I realized that this place is nothing more than an extremely overpriced barfood wannabe. The boneless wings were clearly pre-frozen and ran through an oven, the fries looked desparately limp, and the the cheesesticks came with a singular drop of marinara.My friend ordered a cocktail, but was then told by the server that there was no bartender for them to make his drink! Wow! haha..What an absolute joke. I'd be so embarrased if I were the manager or franchise owner of this place. This was certainly the last time I will ever come to this place. haha!

I love Buffalo Wild Wings and always had great service but I will never be eating at this location again. I was out with my wife for a quick bite as this location has been proven to be fast but last night everything went wrong. I don't know what happened but the two groups that sat before us got their food and left before we got our food. To clarify we waited for 2 hours to get our food. And the people next to us that sat down and ordered before we had gotten our food got there food and we're done at the same time. This means that the cooks or our waiter messed up our ticket and did nothing. I'm glad to say management did give us a discount and after this frustration I still tipped but for a 2 hour wait in lehi it's better to go down the street and get wings somewhere else this is not a problem with the Orem and sandy locations. This location needs improvement and that's why I'm not going back oh and I did forget to mention me and my wife didn't order anything but 30 wings and water no drinks no appetizers!
