So I come here every time I visit Utah.If you want good PHO come here! If you are thinking this is going to be the best PHO in the state your out of luck, but if your in the mood for PHO and you are in the neighborhood. You cannot go wrong by eating here. This place use to overload on meat, but they kind skimp on the meat now. This is why they get 4 stars. I have been coming here for years, and I don’t know why I’ve never written a review. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. Everybody here is so nice, and the food is absolutely amazing. I have to say I get the same thing every time because I found something that I can’t get anywhere else. The vermicelli bowl with teriyaki chicken is an absolute must!Also, splurge and get an eggroll. It’s so worth it. My wife loves the Boba smoothies.

The pho is really good. The egg rolls are excellent and gluten free. Everything else is fine, not great. Cafe Trang has made it into our rotation of regular restaurants we visit. I would definitely recommend going for pho and egg rolls.
