First timer here. After seeing an Instagram post, I decided to try Zupas. I downloaded the app and ordered a Korean Bowl - easy peasy. It was ready, 8 minutes later while I waited in the parking lot.Took it home and enjoyed every bite. I'll be back soon! Thank you!Vegetarian options: Gluten free menu options are available. I imagine the food would actually be really good and we got people on a off day. They ran out of rice and my husband begged them to scrape whatever they could into my bowl. When the server made my bowl (as well as my husband and daughter's salad), she'd put only 2 or 3 pieces of each veggie on it. For me, the taste of the dressing was good, but there really wasn't much in it. Again, I think it was an off day and I would probably try it again. I think my husband liked his sandwich.

I have to say highland doesn't always have the best options when it comes to lunch. But I know that I will always be given fantastic service at cafe zupas. I was having a rough day with my kids but they made it all the better. Thanks cafe zupas in highland!Kid-friendliness: They were so sweet to my kids. They gave them all these really cute strawberry stickers.
The manager Jessica blew me away with her smile and service! It was busy but it didn’t change her interactions with all of us. Everyone else was good too. Thanks Zupas nourish the good life ?

I really like zupas, but this visit, I liked it a little less.For one, there's no way to specify that you don't want tomatoes on your salad, which is kind of weird. So at the drive-thru, I just asked them to take them off. The drive-thru lady turned to the guy making the food and screamed,"DID YOU GET THAT?!!""WHAT?" he yelled back."NO TOMATOES ON THE SALAD!""NO SAUCE?""NO TOMATOES!""No sauce. Got it.""NO TOMATOES, YOU MORON."Anyway, I was already perplexed at the yelling, but I got my food and drove away. After all that, they still put the tomatoes in my salad. Pretty funny and annoying.
