Stopped in to just grab a drink and cookie and I was amazed at how kind the staff was and how quickly they serviced each guest. The manager totally gets customer service and shows that he cares about people at a personal level.

Super friendly staff! We came towards the end of the night everyone was still very helpful and polite. Kyler is amazing!!! So nice, he went above and beyond to take care of us! Great place, line was short, plenty of table space, maximum occupants at 136. Food was incredible! I would recommend the sweet pork burrito or the salad for those looking to be healthy. There are options for the spice lover, the sweet tooth, the kid who came along, the gluten-free person, the health fanatic, and many more! The service was wonderful, honestly the only problem is that they were a little understaffed. All in all, this location is perfect for a quick dine in or to-go! One more thing: the queso dip is worth every penny. It's slightly spicy though, so if you can't handle spicy you may want to skip it.Vegetarian options: Honestly, this isn't exactly a place for vegetarians. Rice and beans, or the salad.Dietary restrictions: Great place! My sister is gluten- and dairy-free, but she was still able to find plenty of options for dishes. Most of the tortillas can be made gluten-free, and for dairy-free, the only problems are the cheese, ranch, and tres leches cake. I don't think I could find a nut in the store.Parking: Right next to the restaurant, shared with surrounding venues.Kid-friendliness: Not exactly a playground or anything, but the food options are great for kids, from rice and beans to quesadillas.Wheelchair accessibility: 100% ground level, with wheelchair parking.

Went through the drive thru and it was quick and easy. I love their burritos and salads. I highly recommend the mango chicken salad or the grilled chicken burrito with red sauce. They have great kids meals quesadillas with black beans and rice are my kids go to.

I love the pork salad, but tonight I got 2 small chunks of meat with my salad. I was sorely dissatisfied and disappointed. Workers were more concerned about playing, goofing around, and talking than about customer service. Not happy about my meal at all ?Update: Management reached out and invited me back to make it right. I appreciate and respect good old-fashioned hospitality and it made my day!?

I’m usually thrilled with most of the staff but Wyatt gave us the smallest portions we’ve ever been served in the history of many, many trips to Costa Vida. We were appalled by how skimpy the meat, rice and bean portions were. Thank you to all the staff who tried to make up for multiple people in line talking about their “2 strips of grilled chicken”. We’ll be back…hopefully not served by Wyatt. ?

I'm frustrated with the lack of quality, and customer service. I am frustrated that I get charged for changing from Pico to Fresca, or other changes. AND when you order soup it barely comes to half full, then this time there was hardly any chicken, and a couple pieces of steak. I ordered chicken tortilla soup.This isn't a good value for your $.
