This location is extremely slow. It was very frustrating. Someone who values time I won’t be coming back to this location again.

i was in the drive through for 40 minutes. i had to repeat my order almost 10 times and they still got it wrong. i was very patient with them but when they gave me the wrong order and it was still wrong they acted very upset with me and let me know it was right, even though it wasn’t! did not appreciate being treated that way, if i wanted to wait that long at the restaurant i would have gone inside.

I ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait, but it took 10 minutes for them to give me my food even though it was ready. The food was gross.

I'm only sharing my ongoing experience with their Queso and Chips. Second time in two or maybe even 3 months that I have has this experience ordering Chips & Queso from this establishment. The Queso is consistently curdled/broken. Horrible tasting and a waste of $. I thought first time was a one off but they have no idea. I did complain to the manager today.

So while I am usually a fan. I had a salad and spent most of the afternoon deal with intestinal issues. Probably will not go to this location

Husband got a Baja bowl with sweet pork last night and right after started to feel sick. He got terrible food poisoning and has been super sick for over 24 hours now.

This is got to be one of the most disgusting Costa Vida locations I’ve ever been to. The first time I went I got nachos and they forgot to put everything on it including cheese! Like it’s comical how terrible this places! Then I went again trying to see if maybe I just had a bad night, but they gave me a quesadilla that was like a mess of a ball. I don’t think I’ll ever go to Costa Vida again haha. If you’re considering eating here, don’t lol. Perhaps the worst franchise I’ve ever experienced

So yummy. Just could have used a little more meat on the salad, they forgot the chips on top so I reminded them, the trash was overflowing and several of the tables were dirty. They were getting to the trash problem as we left, finally. But man, my salad it was so tasty!

Ah, Costa Vida, where the waves of flavor crash against the shore of your palate and the pork burritos roll in like a high tide of deliciousness. Let me take you on a culinary surf trip, where the main attraction is, without a doubt, their pork burritos. These aren’t just any burritos; they’re like the unicorn of the fast-casual Mexican food scene - mythical in their perfection and seemingly sprinkled with fairy dust.First off, the pork inside these burritos must have been slow-cooked by angels, because it's so tender, it practically serenades your taste buds with each bite. It's like the pork decided to take a spa day, emerging rejuvenated and ready to party in your mouth. Wrapped in a tortilla that's as soft as a cloud (and probably handcrafted by nimble tortilla artisans who whisper sweet nothings to the dough), each burrito is a masterpiece. But let's talk about the ambiance. Stepping into Costa Vida is like being bear-hugged by a fiesta. The colors, the smells, the sizzling sounds - it’s all so inviting. The staff? Imagine your best friend, if your best friend was really good at wrapping burritos and always greeted you with a smile and possibly a high-five.Attempting to resist their pork burritos is futile. They're like a culinary siren call to your stomach. And the size? Oh, the size! These burritos are so generously proportioned, you might wonder if they're trying to feed you or adopt you. It's a full meal with the promise of leftovers, which, let's be honest, is just a second round of deliciousness. In conclusion, Costa Vida’s pork burritos are not just food; they're an experience - a delicious hug wrapped in foil. From the first bite to the last, it's a flavor fiesta that leaves you not only satisfied but also a little bit in love. So, hats off to Costa Vida, where the surf's always up, and the burritos always bring the tide of tasty to your table.Parking: Can be challenging to find parking during peak hours
