This Lady named Maria Spinks was so rude, she acts like she owns the restaurant and throws a fit just because I ONLY ordered a burrito. She put chips in my bag and all of a sudden realized then YANKED the bag from my hand instead of ASKING for it back. Have a little more respect Maria, I’m sure you are rude to most people and no one speaks up. Very disrespectful and will not go to this pollo loco again.

Normally, the chicken is well seasoned. But this time, the chicken wasn't seasoned almost at all. It didn't have any salt on it. I don't know what happened but this time it wasn't as good as it usually is.
I like El Pollo loco. They have good chicken and I especially like there Chipotle chicken burrito.
