Do not allow your child to work here unless they really don’t care about the employer as much as they will be cared for. My daughter started here at 15… worked hours outside of labor law hours because she’s always willing to do! Was with the company almost 2 years… when they cut her with out any reason. Or at least the store manager/GM told me “it just wasn’t working out.” Above is a response from the owner. My daughter is a hard worker. And made the company aware that she would be resigning in may due to relocation… and this was shortly after. I raise my kids to know that life is unfair and people can suck. But they are doing a serious injustice to our young people (who still have work ethic) by just dismissing them.

I just drove through and ordered my birthday burger. Got back home, the fries were limp and nasty (like they were last nights fries), the burger was wrong, and it was completely PINK AND MUSHY.. so disappointed on my birthday.

I love JCWs, but their prices have become kind of crazy. I used to go all the time, but now I find it hard to spend $17 for a burger, fries and a drink.
Expensive! It was already pricey for what you get and prices just went up 30%.

The food is good. This location has had a lot of issue getting orders right. I’ve been in off and on for the past year and for some reason my orders are always wrong or something is missing or I receive someone else’s order. JCW’s on its own great food. This location horrible.

I am typically a huge fan of JCWs great fresh food. I haven’t been for about 8-10 month and decided to give it a go. The prices are astronomical, I spent $18 on a standard bacon cheeseburger combo. When considering that there are multiple competitors around this location with just as good of burgers that are $4-$5 cheaper I would recommend going somewhere else till they bring the prices down.
