We picked up in online order of 7 entrees, got all the way home for a dinner party, opened the party pack and found one entree was missing. Called the store and all they would do for us was to suggest we drive all the way back to get it. Wouldn’t send it by Uber eats. No complimentary items. We don t live nearby and it was extremely frustrating. How hard is it to count to 7?!?!!!

Don't bother getting any food if it's not crowded. They'll just give you leftovers, I ended up tossing it in trash and buying a burger

We go here all the time and usually the drive thru is slow but fine. Today was different. The drive thru was fast but when we got home we noticed part of our order was missing. Fine, we drive back to get our side of honey sesame chicken. I'm nice I go inside and say, "hi I just went through the drive thru the honey sesame chicken was missing". They said do you have your receipt. Unfortunately, I had left it at home. I apologize and ask if they remember the order at I tell them what I ordered. They stop me in the middle say they don't remember me or that order and tell me they want to see my bank statements. What? No one has ever asked for that anywhere. I look at them like they are crazy they say there's nothing they can do. They refused to give me the honey sesame to make the order right. Then they treated me like a thief. I've never been treated so poorly at a fast food restaurant and I'm almost 40.

My husband and I come here a lot and normally really enjoy the food and service! But we came today, 12/7/23 and we ordered through the drive through. And the girl who took our order was very rude and off putting. We got our food very quickly, and I asked for the employee's name who took our order, because the girl at the window had no name on her name tag. Her name was Kaylee.The beef and broccoli, and orange chicken were great! But the chow mein and fried rice almost tasted like mold!The experience overall was definitely different than normal, and off putting.

Asked for rice in 4 out of 5 meals . All five had noodles when we got home . Steak is dry and weird tasting . Vegetables tasted like mold
