I understand it's hard to find good help, but how this location is in business is beyond me. I waited for 25 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me and my 1 pizza had been sitting in the warmer the entire time. I would've liked my money back and gone to Costa Vida next door.

My son had a bookit coupon so we thought we'd run pickup his Pizza and get pizza for the rest of the family too. I went inside and the people said they'd be right with me. It was taking so long, I placed my order online on my phone so we just had to order my son's bookit pizza real quick. About 10 minutes later, I told them I had to get my order going so I could go pick up my daughter from her activity. The girl said she didn't know how to put it in and her manager in the back said I'd have to wait because he was too busy in the back making pizzas to come help. I told her to cancel my online order because I wasn't going to be getting it if I couldn't get the bookit pizza, the only reason we came. She said my online one was already being made. I told her I really didn't care, and just left. I was so frustrated. The girl at the front was clearly new and had no idea what she was doing, and the manager in the back was obviously overworked and didn't have time to train her. I hadn't been to a pizza hut in several years and it turns out it's not worth going back.

Had a horrible experience. Walked in for my takeout, order was completely wrong. During my 20 minute wait for them to fix it, one lady came in, along with others. The lady simply stated that she was just here to place an order. The cashier said he couldn’t take her order because they were so busy. She was taken off guard, said cool and just left. I was shocked!! Anyways, I finally got my order… they forgot my breadsticks… so they took it off the total. There was no apology or anything for the wait. Ultimately I’m disappointed in the experience! Won’t be back!

Horrible service. They routed my order to DoorDash, didn't provide the dasher with the correct address so he got lost, didn't include my drink, and didn't even include any sauce with the breadsticks I paid for in a $40 order. And no one will take responsibility. My order was also 25 minutes late.

They contract delivery through Door Dash and it was a nightmare. I don’t have that app for a reason. The Dasher dropped my food off god knows where claiming they had handed it to me. I called to ask what was going on and there was a massive language barrier so they couldn’t understand what the problem was. I call Pizza Hut and hit the option for an issue with my order and get a busy tone then it hangs up on me. Almost an hour later, door dash guy shows up and shoves the pizza at me all squished to the side of the box, rattles off something to me in Spanish, then leaves. The pizza is cold around the edges so it’s clear the dasher just dropped it somewhere and then went back to get it and brought the cold pizza to me. I’m extremely upset with this experience.

Great Pizza yet on this particular evening the customer service by the lady running the front was terrible. Part of my order was missing (shame on me for not double checking) and she was more interested in ignoring me and focusing on other non work related tasks then to hand me my order.

Has to be one of the slowest stores every with no service. Website doesnt work so couldnt order online. Not enough workers (guess Covid hit or maybe up the pay since the prices are so expensive)

Ordered two pizzas. Waited almost 90 minutes and the store just canceled our order. Tried calling several times and kept getting hung up on. Now I have to wait 3-5 days before I get my refund. Do not waste your time or money here.

Tried to order the $25 family deal (2pizzas and bread sticks) but they said they couldn't do it cause they were out of bread stick so I ordered just two pizza instead for apparently $42 they said it would be ready for pick up in 15mins ended up waiting in the parking lot for 30+ mins and when I get home the pizzas end up being wrong last time we order pizza hut forsure!
This location has terrible customer service. I have been trying to contact someone for an hour. Everytime they put me through to the actual business, they hang up on me.. I don' t wan to speak to someone at the call center. I need someone at the actual restaurant to speak to me.

Danger……. The deal may “show” you get a one topping like pepperoni, but unless you actually select it by hand, they will charge you for one topping even if you wind up with zero toppings.

I order to get a delivery and got the order wrong, I talked to a manager and he said they’ll send me the correct order and it’s been almost 3 hours and I’m still waiting ? check your order before you pay for it and taking it.!

It's been a while since I've eaten at Pizza Hut. I placed an order online, and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I walked in at that time to pick them up, and there was no one at the counter, and I didn't see anyone for at least 5 minutes. However, I did hear talking in the back and I knew they were talking about my order, which apparently hadn't even been started. My 15 minutes until ready turned into 40 minutes. It was frustrating as we had people at home waiting, and honestly I remember Pizza Hut pizzas being better than what I ate that night.
