The service was terrible. Totally got our order wrong, and forgot half of it at the beginning. Popeyes in general is amazing, but the service at this specific chain is lack luster and over dissapointing.

I went to eat at Popeyes today and the manager named Antonella Ortiz received me with a very bad attitude. I asked her a couple of things and she responded in an offensive tone... humiliating and responding in a very bad way. The food was cold and the treatment was horrible. lousy place to eat

Very nice and respectful employees. The chicken I received was dry. I ordered the tenders and there was a bone shard in there. The fries were old and did not have a lot of flavor. A shame - usually the chicken and fries here are really good.

I am vehemently against food chains in general, but this Popeyes is my guilty pleasure. Their classic chicken sandwiches are incredible. The food is pretty inexpensive (about 10$ per person) and prepared very quickly. The staff is very friendly and seems to actually enjoy working here, which is something I’ve never seen in a chain before. I’ve been here a handful of times, and it hasn’t ever been too busy.I don’t normally leave reviews, but this Popeyes truly deserves it.
