Decided to update my review after finding out this place closed. I'm happy to report that I haven't been to any Smashburger since this horrible experience and I will never visit any in the future. Goodbye Smashburger and good riddance!

Order wait times are totally off, had to wait over 20 minutes for an online order after the estimated wait time. They also don't accept most coupons and offers because they aren't a "participating location". So this is the place for overpriced burgers. Wendy's is almost as good and JCWs is better. Giving them 2 stars because their burgers are better than most fast food, but they are overpriced for what they are.

The employees were so kind to me and my boyfriend at this smashburger. One of them noticed we hadn't ordered any sides and went out of his way to make sure our visit was enjoyable and provided us with drinks and fries. Thank you to that employee!!

these people have never gotten my order right either it's not what I wanted at all and or they always get 1-2 things wrong! Then there's always a hair in my freaking food!!! you guys suck balls!!!!

Steve the cashier may be the friendliest and most considerate cashier I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. He went out of his way to ensure our visit was enjoyable. Our food was delivered quickly and everyone else was super nice.

I went on Saturday for the first time and will definitely be back! The I believe manager was very kind and apologetic that they were extremely short staffed. The food was very fresh and hot. Serving size was great. It was a 20-30 minute wait for the food because there was only one guy cooking but it was worth it. The place was very well taken care of. Can't wait to be back for my bacon cheeseburger and sweet potato fries!

Went to the Lehi location yesterday. The food was amazing!!! I have never written a review of a place, ever. But this one needs this review. The service was just ok. But the atmosphere was terrible. Not sure if they were under staffed but the food took a while to get out to us. Every garbage was overflowing. Not a clean table anywhere. Floor and walls were filthy. Husband went to the men’s restroom and said it was filthy. Another couple was looking around for a clean table, several empty tables but not one clean one. The vinyl on the bench seats are ripped and pulling apart.Again, love their food. Great burgers. Rosemary fries are amazing. The Brussels sprouts are to die for. Would maybe go to the drive through but probably won’t go back inside.This location needs to step up their cleanliness!!!!

Good food. I love Smashburger. But this place needs some maintenance. Been here three times in the last six months. I'm the summer, the AC was out. Doors were open, flies buzzing everywhere. Came back a month later--same story.Visited this winter. Out of any diet soda options. No straws. Vinyl seats all ripped up.It could be great again! Just needs some maintenance and an update.Kid-friendliness: Kid meals are a great value.
We waited patiently 55 minutes for 2 cold burgers and 2 tots dining in, seeing they were understaffed for a dinner rush. There was one person doing both taking orders and bringing the food out for the first 40 minutes and then the manager came in screaming at staff in the kitchen, loud enough everyone could hear, telling them they should be faster, making it worse. When she brought our food I told her it was ok we waited because clearly the owners aren’t staffing appropriately, and that we didn’t need a refund when she offered. Both of us have worked in the food industry and customer service and know how hard it can be when there’s not enough people (I didn’t know she was the manager). She walked away, walked back, and yelled that we should leave and she was going to refund us, and something along the lines of “you think I haven’t tried” hiring/staffing more. She did not refund us and we left quickly with exposed food (dining in) because we felt unsafe finishing our dinner, so we ate in the car, as we watched her through the window yelling at other customers inside. I get that everyone has a bad day and can lash out when stressed, but the way we were treated was not ok. Management of this location should be ashamed of themselves for how they are treating their employees and customers.

I'm giving this a zero star Reason the food was good But under a lamp was the french fries and yeah they weren't even hot and another table. Complained about the servers like I don't really care. And then I waited over an hour just get a order Here's a thing they didn't say this, but I could see them doing people sitting there, having it there getting their food, not me like mine was just a small thing Like really guys And then they have two cooks I seen restaurants with five guys and they have one and it's a lot faster and I'm like why are they so stinking slow They don't even care about if your fries are warm or cold Their food is excellent but their hospitality for caring about people is zero The one by my house in Draper it is the exact same On the slowness like, does anybody think they should go slower than they are? Smashburger when I've been to them, they lotta places of them need to work on their hospitality or customer service. They need to be more kind to people and listen to people if they're asking further order.

CLOSED. Went at 7:14pm and the lights were off and doors closed. No signs or anything indicating if it is permanent. Hours listed say they are open until 9pm.

We went to this location for lunch today. What a wasted of time. Paid for my order and waited for 20 minutes for no food. They said it would be another 10-15 minutes before we'd get our order. I asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere. I watched several people come in and walk away. I know help is hard to get these days, but this was nuts. I also wanted to use my points, but they have some idiotic policy that takes them away if you don't go in as often as they would like you to. How Does this place stay open? Never again will I enter one of their locations.
