so I went today about 730pm to get a turkey foot-long sub on Italian bread. My Italian bread was so dry it crumbled there was hardly any spinach. All I asked for spinach, onion and turkey and there was hardly any of either. It was really sad disappointed.

I've been to this place a few times in the last month and each time it seems like it's being run by teenagers. Granted they could be in the EARLY 20s. Today was the first day I could tell a manager was on duty and everyone was running fast and efficiently. However, the attitudes weren't great. The employees don't seem to want to be there or like everywhere else being over worked and they're tired. The food quality isn't terrible. At other locations I've seen the tomatoes growing. And it's not like that here.As for the environment, I don't sit and eat. I grab and go. So I don't pay too much attention to the tables but the drink station has seen better days. It's very sticky on the floor and I'm the drain area on the counter. The lids were all stuck together with what looked like dried soda and it's not clean in the sections where the lids sit. I'm not sure why they chose that lay out in the first place honestly.

They screw up my order everytime. The bread, the veggies. This time no meat on my brothers sandwich. And the wrong bread. Corporate does not care and will do absolutely nothing. Save your money and skip this location.

This location is terrible now. Used to be the best location in Utah county but the last couple years have been horrible experiences. The experience today was by far the worst. Made an online order at 7pm. When we arrived to pick it up we were informed they were completely out of bread and couldn’t make the order. They also had no process of refunding or transferring the order. The manager and employees should be embarrassed by their work ethic and organizational skills. At this point they should just sell the building off to the city so we can have a better intersection in that location.

Came in this morning with a couple friends, we each requested Italian Herbs and Cheese bread, to which the employee Sarah said they didn’t have any. There were several loafs of Italian Herbs and Cheese visible in the warmer.As I sat down, I overheard another employee ask Sarah about why there was so much bread in the back and not out for use for customers, as HE got out Italian Herbs and Cheese for another customer. Sarah said she wouldn’t get it out because it’s too much of a pain.Then, upon eating my sandwich, I found one of her hairs in it :/ Just pretty yucky.

The employee taking our order, Sarah, denied my colleagues and I Italian herbs and cheese bread despite their being plenty in the display case as well as on a bread rack and in a bread storage container behind her. After my colleagues and I ordered, 3 more customers came in and asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread and were given that. I am unsure why we were denied and treated lesser than other customers. Sarah was wearing a hat but her hair was not properly put up, I worry that hair could fall into a sandwich.

Came in, and asked for an Italian Herb and Cheese, despite seeing a lot of them, the employee Sarah told me and 2 others that they didn’t have any. She then complained that I had coupons. After I started eating, my colleague found Sarah’s hair in her sandwich. Bathrooms were also filthy.

Will not be coming back to this location. We pulled up to the drive thru to order and the guy told us just a moment which was fine but that moment turned into 14 minutes. They were helping customers inside who got there after we did and made us wait. I try to be understanding since they were both teenagers but it really comes down to poor training by their manager. Don’t work in a field that requires customer service if you don’t know how to treat customers.

Waited in the drive through as the only car for 18 minutes. Kids screaming and getting annoyed from not moving (me too). Finally got my 3 sandwiches and not a single one was right. Wrong bread, wrong veggies, and wrong drink. Worked at this location years back and it's fallen so far. Need more (and better) staff if you ask me.

15 min wait in the drive thru (I was the only car), paid 19 dollars for one sandwich (I insisted that’s not the right price, went back and forth with the employee for a few minutes, eventually decided the 5 dollar difference isn’t worth it), got home, opened up the sandwich, isn’t even what I ordered! Young girl was rude and has proved herself to be incompetent. A sandwich with 4 ingredients isn’t rocket science - but apparently, for the employees here, it is!

Worst experience I’ve had with subway wouldn’t come back to this location..a young girl was making a sandwich me and another customer stood there for a couple minutes asked if we can get some help the girl replied that they are focusing on online orders first and we needed to wait a young man started helping me I asked for my bacon to be toasted separately looked at me with such a mean face sighed heavily and told me he had to go to the back to get a tray to cook the bacon dropped whatever he was carrying to the back and kicked it across the floor behind the counter he came back to help a different customer and approached him with WHAT DO YOU WANT instead of hi welcome what can I get you they definitely need to be retrained to find a different job my sandwich was absolutely beyond messy doesn’t even look good to eat just plain messy definitely wouldn’t come back here unless it was a different crew

Please tell me why there is teenagers running this store at night with no manger!!! How is this even a thing it’s like child labor going on. all the bad reviews these are kids trying with no adults around how come that’s not what is being said!!!
