We ordered inside and waited and waited and waited, watching others who ordered after us leave with their food. Watched a lady take a teens order, whom ordered before us. She had ordered after us.Then we walked up to the counter to check on it. Took a few minutes while we watched a guy do fries another one on his phone, finally a young guy came up and asked us about it. Our order was ready a while ago but no one was up front and bagged it.Management really needs to step up!!! We however won't be back.

Uhhh what happened? Last week I ordered it was awful and wrong . Wrong sauces awful food and everything was cold and even the nuggets couldn’t be reheated to enable. Ordered today and it had the right sauce the food was cold but we always plan on air frying it, no disappointment today. It’s been two years since I’ve been this happy with Wendy’s. Only order in a pinch but the staff today on point.

It's fast food, so I'm just comparing to other fast food, not sit down restaurants.They are fast, and the $5 biggie bag is one of the best values around. I can take the family out and know that the kids will be happy and not break the budget. Their more expensive chicken sandwiches are really good and I love the salads too.Sometimes they rush and leave out an item, so check your bag. I also miss the side salads.

(Me).I just wanted onions and cheese with my chili, didn’t need or deserve the hurtful attitude.Even placing my order was made difficult.Addendum:Attempted contacting Wendy's corporate. Corporate doesn't answer the phone.Called the store and asked for franchise owner's contact info. "Manager" refused to give me franchise owner's name or her own last name . Wendy's...I'm done.

They mess up our order every time! We had to go in to fix it dozens of times. The cooks making burgers need to be retrained.
Today the lady on the intercom interrupted me and yelled just hang on a sec after one guy said sorry what was that so I answered, then I pulled to the window and a lady came out of no where and slammed the window shut in a rude way before I even had my card back and she was just rushing me on my way. The GM was not here but I walked in to tell them. I’ve never been treated worst by employees before. They said we can’t give you the GMs number so I said I’d come back later
