We waited in the drive-through, the outside lane, and listened to the attendant take four orders in a row from the inside lane. Between the orders, the attendant would ask us to wait, telling us the previous order was large, and then they’d proceed to take another order from the inside lane. It’s possible they didn’t realize they were flipping back to the other vehicle in the inside lane, but they never spoke with us long enough to let us tell them what they were doing. In all, we waited over 15-20 minutes and never made an order.Attendants, please pay closer attention to what you’re doing. This was a terrible customer service experience and you gave us almost no ability to correct it.

They skimped us on everything. Half full fries and nothing but the chicken patties in regular chicken sandwiches and the original crispy chicken. No lettuce or anything. No one else was even there so I know they could’ve at least put a little more effort into it. Sucks that the ketchup at my house was the best part of a 20 dollar meal

I got a breakfast burrito and there is no bacon on it, and it looks like a four year old tried to wrap it like a tootsie roll.
I have been to this Wendy's location 3 times in the last month. Each time I have had a small error in my order. usually it wasnt a big deal and I just fixed it at home. Unfortunately today I placed a larger order and it was a disaster.I received 2 drinks instead of 3 and the flavors were wrong, I noticed this before leaving and asked to have them exchanged and get the third drink. They made 2 larger drinks of the same wrong flavor and handed them to me. I asked them about the obviously wrong flavor based on the color of the drink and was assured it was correct. At that point I gave up and left.when I arrived home to eat with my family I noticed that things were worse than I realized (I should have known)2 of the Burgers I ordered were not there when we got home to eat.2 burgers requested changes that were also wrong.More than half of what we ordered was not included or incorrect. I really like the food when it is correct and the building is beautiful but the accuracy is inexcusable at this point. I paid for food I didn't even receive and what I did get was mostly wrong. I can't go back.

Staff was yelling at everyone. The place was unkept dirty, and all of the floor was stuck. The bathroom was terrible. Food was order 2 different times and both times were messed up with incorrect items.

This Wendy’s is normally ok so that’s why I’m giving it a 2 stars but I here the other day and they gave me a baconator fry and the bacon wasn’t even cut up and the cheese wasn’t melted either haha. It was very lazy customer service. I still ate it and it tasted good but if you compare my picture to the one you’re order then it’s definitely not even close to what you’re thinking you’ll get. ?

Horrible place. I ordered from DoorDash and it wasn’t correct it was also cold and hard. They messed up my burgers again and everything was stone cold. They also didn’t give me a straw.

I went and got the pullaparts and breakfast burrito. They were out of the potato wedges, so they made my burrito with fries… and it was poorly made so it was pretty gross. Is was leap day so the pullaparts were free, but they were cold and stale like they had been sitting out for hours. I didn’t finish them and will not be ordering these menu items again.
