We have been going to Zao since it has opened and have always had good experiences each time. The food is always fresh and warm. The chips and guacamole are amazing, especially the guac!!! Restaurant is always clean. Everyone working there seems happy to help you out. We really enjoy tacos at lunch here. (Chicken tacos are my favorite. My husband always gets one of each type of meat)

This was good, first the service was exceptional. The people were quality servers. If I could just give them all a great star I would. Great experience with service. The food was well prepared and tasted fine but it was not exceptionally memorable. I recommend it if your going on a lunch date with an old friend and you can’t remember their food preferences or if your meeting up with someone new and are looking for something that EVERYONE can enjoy but that NO ONE will remember

If I could give it a 4.5, I would... I've now tried this place twice, and the first time I went I was told by my friends "it's like Asian Cafe Rio... Everything tastes the same, so it doesn't matter what you order." I'd say this is true... Only to an extent.The first time, I ordered a chicken bowl with rice noodles and green curry. If you're used to Thai's thick, coconut based green curry, you will be disappointed. This is more of a green curry vinaigrette. While it wasn't gross, it wasn't what I had expected, and my husband (whose favorite food is green curry) wouldn't eat it.My next attempt was a steak salad, substituting the dressing for teriyaki sauce. This, to me, was fantastic. It was my "thing" and now I want to eat there every day.The line does work like Cafe Rio... You choose your items in front of the worker, and options include forming your protein, vegetables, and starch into a bowl, a salad, a wrap, a soup, or tacos. If you like veggies, this was great. I loaded up on deliciousness and felt my bowl (and then salad) were well balanced with flavors and textures. If you're like my husband and not into the veggie scene, get double meat cause you will feel like you're not eating anything.The restaurant was clean, the employees were nice. I definitely want to go back, but it did take that second try to find what I liked. Good luck finding yours!

I really like the flavors of the food here at Zao. Every time I'm here the food is fresh and the employees are happy. It is a fast and casual so very good for lunch. My favorite is chicken salad with all of the toppings.Vegetarian options: You can get any of the options with tofu instead of meat.Parking: There's parking lot in front.Wheelchair accessibility: The friends we call with a handicap sticker with no problem.

If you are looking for something to eat that won’t leave you feeling heavy or too full, Zao is the perfect place to go. I always get the teriyaki chicken bowl with a mix of brown/white rice and all the regular toppings. This past time the bowl tasted a little bland, but a little sriracha fixed that. I recommend trying the Zao juices, especially the passion tea one. They are perfectly sweetened, fresh, and delicious. They also have a menu next to the juices on some recipes to create delicious blends. So good!

I’ve never had a bad experience with any Zao, and the American fork one is closest to my home so it gets my review! Went tonight and ordered a chicken bowl and man oh man! It was delicious. The food is so refreshing and so filling. The employees who work there do such a good job and they’re so friendly even on a late Saturday night. The store was clean and had such a good atmosphere. There’s a reason i come here one-two times a week!

Delicious! This is a great option if you’re looking for something fresh with lots of veggies and great protein. I got the bowl with chicken and yellow curry sauce. The one thing I would say is it felt like the bowl was 60% rice and 40% everything else where I would like a little more chicken and veggies. Other than that, everything was great!

Good food, good location, fast service. The restaurant is clean and the food is tasty. I like that it’s all customizable and easy to accommodate dietary needs. My favorite is a yakisoba noodle bowl with chicken and teriyaki sauce! Good, fresh food that feels good to eat!

I really enjoy Zao! I love the fresh and flavorful ingredients. I love the fact that you can see them preparing the food. It's great to have a healthy, nutritious, and delicious meal. My go to is the chicken bowl with half rice and half noodles. I love their corn and vegetables medley. Their chicken is seasoned well. My only complaint is they definitely lack on the serving size of the chicken, that has gotten significantly smaller. I usually get their green or yellow curry sauce, depending on what I'm feeling that day. Both are very delicious. I have always had a good experience at this location!
